The communication was above and beyond amazing. The house was better than expected, the views and accommodations were a dream come true! Thoughtfulness was taken at every turn. The kitchen was easy to use, lots of great additions and useful tools to make every meal if needed. All the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. Lots of choices as the house was centrally located to everything we chose to do on the island. We had 3 generations of family with this trip and all of us found a favorite spot to have coffee in the mornings and in the evening, watch the sunsets. We will be coming back to stay!

Best VRBO I’ve ever seen

My wife and I stayed with our three kids and two of their girlfriends. This place has it all. Views, layout, space, rooms, pool, location, beach and snorkeling supplies, grill, every amenity needed. Incredible owners, checked in to ensure we were happy, extended final checkout time for small fee. I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want this amazing secret to get out and competition to rent it again. :). Five stars, would give more if allowed. Truly one of the best vacations of my lifetime. Mahalo Jon & Jackie….

Perfect Kona Vacation Home

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed, and the view is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and the house is close to restaurants, shopping, airport and Kamakahonu Beach, a kid friendly beach. Thank you, Jon and Jackie, for being such great hosts!

Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

This is our second happy stay at this home as a family of eight. The owners are great and promptly respond to any questions or needs about the property. Every vacation need is provided for, and the location is close to Kona's shopping and attractions. Our seven-year-old granddaughter said it is her second favorite place after home. I can't give a higher recommendation than that!

Beautiful property with ocean views

This property is exactly as described! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from the beach gear to all the cooking supplies. I was a little worried it would be too warm in the house with no AC, but the temperature was perfect. The sunset view is by far the best feature of this house !

We fell in love!

The property was everything we were looking for and more! Plenty of space, well stocked with anything you would need for a home away from home. It was a breeze communicating with the property owners! We would definitely consider staying here again!The only downside was not receiving a late check in when requested, it had somehow gotten missed. BUT it worked out great and again we would stay here for sure in the future!!

Amazing Kona vacation house!

We had a fantastic time on the big island. 2 families fit perfectly in this house with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 more in the basement for the 4 teenagers. Coffee on the lanai was a perfect way to start the day. Lovely pool and gorgeous views.

A spot of heaven in Kona

We spend a week in February in this amazing house. Our party of 8 was three generations - aged 12 to 82, and the location was perfect! The views from the lanai alone were heaven - morning coffee couldn't be any better and sunsets worth painting. The house had so much room - we never felt crowded. And I have never stayed in a rental property that was as well stocked as this one, with all the comforts and tools to make a home stay easy. If we needed it - the house had it! The owners were lovely - responding quickly to questions and to point out some suggestions for things I hadn't thought of (late check out was great). An easy drive into Kona when we wanted, well positioned to explore the island - including some longer day trips to HVNP and the Hilo side. This house has set a really high bar for any future vacations!

Perfect Location for Friend's Reunion!

This property is perfectly located and impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen has every dish, pot, pan or tool you may need. The hosts were extremely responsive. I have already recommended it once and will again!

This place is ideal for a family vacation. We had three generations with us and there was ample room and supplies for everyone. The kids loved the pool and were in it every day, and the view cannot be beat. Also, every property is described as "well stocked" but this one actually is. We stayed here for over a week and I cooked nearly all our meals here. This place has every piece of cooking equipment you can imagine. Good communication with the owner, and a very pleasant stay.

50th Anniversary

This was the perfect house for our family to trip to Hawaii for my parent’s 50th Anniversary! The house is beautiful and provided lots of room for all four couples to enjoy each other’s company and reconnect, as well as being separated enough to provide for privacy. The pool was wonderful and the view is to die for!

This was a beautiful home! The pictures are beautiful but it’s even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed everything in this house. Jackie and Jon were always in contact with me and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this home for a family. Will definitely go back!

Perfect for family vacation

This house has everything we were looking for in a family vacation home. Great floor plan that allows for privacy when wanted and space when we were all together. Private pool was under constant use by our grandchildren. Large lanai allowed for perfect sunset viewing. We really enjoyed this home!

Lovely home with beautiful views

This home provided the perfect base for our multi-generational trip to Hawaii. The house was incredibly clean, had ample room for our group of 7, and had the most amazing views of the ocean. Beautiful view!

We had an amazing memory filled week with our family in this home. The location is perfect, and view is second to none. Very clean comfortable home that fit our extended family of 7 perfectly. Kids loved the pool and our elderly parents enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. The host was very communicative making sure we were having a great time. Great Family Stay on the Big Island

We had a wonderful stay on the Big Island! The house was very tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our large family. We loved watching the sunset each evening from the upper lanai.
