Great property, great location, very clean, we would definitely stay here again with our family. House was well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. Host was responsive when we had questions. Comfortable space for a large family.

Awesome place

Outstanding location, right on the water, with great views and a real feeling of being at a private resort. Wonderful features and lay out. Property managers were very responsive and solved a small problem immediately.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home!

We enjoyed our stay this year at this beautiful home! The house had more than enough beds for everyone and it was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed listening to the waves crash into the rocks 24/7, very relaxing! We had no idea about the show we got to watch every morning when all the surfers came out to Lyman’s Cove. It was a great treat being able to sit in the hot tub or on the deck and watch them all day long! We already miss this home and will definitely be back!

Great view, lots of room

We had a great stay here. Kids had tons of fun downstairs playing games and in the pool when we weren’t out exploring, and adults enjoyed the view from the upper deck and relaxed. Plenty of room for our extended family of 11 people (6 adults and 5 teenagers). Beds are a little

Great stay!

First time in Kona. We had a great time using the oceanfront ocean, pool, hot tub and great house. Restaurants were super close. Will go back.

A slice of Paradise!

We loved this place. The front row ocean view and amazing sunsets were incredible. The house was clean with room for everyone and the yard spacious. The pool was the perfect place to cool off and the hot tub was a welcome spot to relax each evening. This was such a great value for our large group!

Family stay

We had 15 family members at this home. The location is amazing- the kids surfed a break right in front of the house. We had a lovely time. The pool needed some help- it was pretty green, but we grabbed some chlorine tabs at Costco and got it nice and clear and usable. Great vacation

Family Adventures

We booked this property for our extended family adventures (4 teenagers, 4 adults and 2 grandparents) in Hawaii. It was the perfect property - a giant deck that has you so close to the ocean and sunsets, lots of comfy beds and bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen, and easy access to beaches, shopping and airport. Some of the house has been updated and some is dated and pool could use a refresh as well but overall a great vacation property.

Fantastic!

We had such a great time at this house! Check-in was easy and we arrived to the most gorgeous ocean view we have ever seen. Both kids and adults enjoyed everything the house had to offer including pool, hot tub, corn hole, ping pong, even a mini putting green, and of course the views from every room in the house. We'll be back!

Spring break

The location on the shore is perfect! This was a great place for our family group. The lanai was our favorite room almost any time of the day. The local contact was very helpful.The following info is for the managers: Termites in bedroom 3 were eating the boards on the bed so that needs attention. The folding door outside by the water heaters needs immediate attention; the wind almost blew it off. The toilet in bedroom 1 needs attention because it’s wasting water.

Great stay with family

Great house with lovely heated pool, outdoor tv and big comfy couch in the living room. Communication with Chelsea was very fast. Convenient location to several stores and restaurants in Cape Coral, longer drive to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel. Super nice to have beach chairs and a cooler for use during our stay!

Reunion in a perfect place

We were so pleased with this house for our rare family gathering with our 4 grown kids small grandkids. Perfect porch with Ocean views, plenty of space and home activity as well as perfect location to Island activity. Only drawback was the parking of 3 cars was difficult but manageable.

Wow, the view! The kitchen is super for large family gathering! Beds on second floor and lanai were better than the lower level. More screens in lower level window would improve ventilation. Great place to relax! We will do it again!

Kailua-Kona Oceanfront

Fantastic location on the ocean. Lots of surfers, parasailers, divers, swimmers, and fisherpeople to observe. Swimming is possible when the waves are diminished. Sunsets can be spectacular. The house backs up to busy Alii drive and caution when exiting by car is strongly advised.

Paradise

The house had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 15 adults. The views off the back lanais are indescribable. Dolphins were a giving us some morning entertainment on one of our mornings there. We drove a little way down to Hapuna Beach and saw sea turtles. Magic Sands Beach was just a mile down the road and a great little spot. It was never crowded when we went or drove by on our way to our next adventure. This stay has actually gotten my family and me Looking into moving there. The hosts were very helpful, extremely quick with responses to any of my questions. I highly recommend this place for a gorgeous and peaceful getaway.

Perfect Hawaii getaway!

What an unbelievable ocean front location! Spacious house was perfect for our multigenerational trip. Everything was clean and perfect for our arrival. Nothing beats the waves breaking right on the rocks in front of you and soaking in those sunsets while sitting in the hot tub or on the lanai. The kitchens are remodeled with nice stainless appliances and we learned the bathrooms were freshly remodeled just the week before our stay! Checkin and communication with host was easy. Also the value of this place versus renting many hotel rooms for our family just can’t be beat. We plan to stay here again for the next family reunion.
