Felt the Aloha all week!

We loved our stay here. The place is perfect with the large open family room and lanai. We enjoyed our time at the pool and beaches and appreciated the small ice chest, beach towels and chairs that were provided for us in this unit. We would definitely come back!Much Aloha!

Wonderful place in paradise.

Very comfortable, well stocked, comfortable bed, great view and lanai. Having an ice maker was nice! Nice pools and grounds. Was so nice we hated to leave. We would definitely stay again.

This would be 5 stars if there were air conditioning!

The bed was very comfortable, it got very hot during the day but cooled down at night for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was fantastic.

Amazing

We were happy to find a place affordable with an ocean view! The pools and grounds were perfect for me and my daughter, the condo was clean and the bed was comfortable! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Big slice of paradise!!

This was our second stay at Kona Coast. We had the best time. The drive into Kona only takes 12 minutes on beautiful Alii dr with ocean sites all the way! The pool and outside restaurant area is fabulous! The food is outstanding, the bar and wait staff treat you like family. The property is perfectly maintained. We found the condo itself,very nice. The view off the lanai was great! The kitchen had everything we needed The interior was large and felt like home.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kona coast resort. The unit is in a great place and was spacious and comfortable. We didn't miss the air conditioning in February since it cools off at night. The resort is centrally located on the island and easy to get around. We had a great experience.

Perfection!

This condo is perfectly located and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The resort is quiet with lovely pools. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the local beaches. The location is near great beaches, downtown restaurants, walking paths and shopping. It was a perfect week.

Gorgeous sunsets

This property was very inviting. My husband and I and are two children under two years old. Had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable and enjoyed all the feature's The condo had to offer. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

A beautiful spacious home base

The villa was large and spacious. We had everything we needed for dinner in. No ac was not an issue during our December stay. Property manager was helpful and responsive. Lanai was amazing with a great partial view of the ocean. Pool and pool bar were great!

Difficult time getting into the unit, we had to call for entrance code twice. Unfortunately, I hurt my leg at the airport and the lady helping us was not very helpful or sympathetic It would have been helpful to know this unit does not have a/c. VERY hot for a few days, uncomfortable Cabinets in the unit are very dirty and need a good cleaning.With all that said, the unit was well appointed, comfortable bed, nice furniture and the lanai was AMAZING! Very spacious unit.

Condo 104 building 1 Kona Coast Resort

It was the perfect fit for us while we were in Kona. I would definitely stay there again. I especially appreciated the use of an entry key pad versus struggling with keys. A beautiful break

The Condo had a very Hawaiian theme! The bed was great! The place was massive and the Lanai as well. The Kitchen had everything you could possibly want including lots of spices and condiments. Tracy was great to deal with and very helpful. it was a short walk to the Pools. There was a restaurant/bar by the big pool that had music every night. Really great place!!!

Spacious one bedroom

This condo has a large lanai.. a big plus. The condo was well equipped. Easy walk to a quiet swimming pool. Adequate parking. Will be necessary to load and unload at the curb if you wish to avoid stairs between the parking and the condo. I stayed in the Winter so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue.

Nice location and amenities

Pool, jacuzzis and tennis courts were nice to have on site. Grocery and other stores are walkable along with some beaches. It’s plenty of space for a couple. The unit could use some cleaning especially all light switches and walls around switches. The place smells like a musty basement but open the doors and it gets better. Only one and half rolls of tee pee seems silly. Never ever ran out at any other vrbo or another short term rental app. View from lanai includes road and parking areas. All said, nice spot and mostly well equipped holiday home. Mahalo.

Not clean

Basic condo, not clean. Kitchen cabinets and cooking area above and below stove had mouse poop. Pots and pans were full of mouse poop. Window sills full of bugs. Not worth it, needs to be throughly deep cleaned, with rodent issue fully addressed. We reported the issue and felt it was minmally addressed and didn't want to deal with their rodent issue while on vacation. They offered only two solutions of checkout immediately with refund or stay with small partial credit of a part nights stay.

Spacious living, well-equipped, convenient location

This is my favorite place in Kona, as it has spacious living room as well as Lanai, it is clean, conveniently located as it is very close to the Keauhou shopping center so that I can go to the supermarket, drugstore, restaurants and takeaway very easily. there are welcome packages of shampoo, conditioner, body cream, soap, dishwashing soap, washing machine detergent which were enough for my stay. Coffee filters were in the one of the drawers in the kitchen. Some sources in the fridge that could be from previous occupants Although there is no airconditioning but fans, it gets cool in the morning and evening and usually I am out during the daytime so it was comfortable for me. Owner can be reached by phone easily and she is quick to respond, which is also good as I don't have to worry about if something happens. It is nice to lay on the chair in Lanai mornings and late afternoon and you can see the ocean as well. Hope to come back again.

Quiet pool favorite

We enjoyed our stay however there were a lot of things that needed attention. Toilet flush mechanism needed replacing. Also one bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. You had to manually pull sink plug. Also three of vanity light bulbs were burnt out. The lanai fan quit working the second day of our visit. The sliders all were all in need of an upgrade. As was the condo overall. We would stay at the property again but in a different unit. The property manager Tracy was wonderful. She helped us with the foldout when we couldn’t get it to work. Next time we would be interested in staying for a month or more. And wonder if there are different rates for longer stays.

We were never informed that the quiet pool would be closed for resurfacing. This was the main reason we booked this resort. It was known by the owners of the condo and resort for months. We feel we should have been notified that we were not getting all of the amenities that we paid for. We tried to make the most of it and asked for some lounge chairs to be added to the middle spa area and we were refused twice. Each time we went to the middle spay we had to deal with young people jumping the gate of the spa and bringing alcohol. We ended up giving up on having a peaceful experience. We also had a cockroach infestation. We killed dozens. Some as large as 2" from head to tail. The tenant above us was stomping from one end of her condo to the other from 6 am to midnight every day. So loud we thought someone was in our own condo. The wifi never worked. It was broken from day one. Ultimately, this will be our last stay at this resort.
