This place was perfect for the activities we were doing. The hot tub was out for a couple of days and the property manager was great to work with. It was fixed by Monday and that was the only hiccup. This place was probably the best VRBO I have stayed at. They had ample supplies for us so we weren't out there having to buy the dishwashing soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels and etc. They had it all. I hope to get this property again to stay. Neighborhood was safe and the gated community and those that live in it are all wonderful. Easy to grocery store and beach and we did a lot of walking down and back. Highly recommend!

This property did not disappoint! There was lots of room for my family of eight. There were large spaces for the family to gather together and there were lots of places for people to go and be on their own or in small groups. The house is centrally located and in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool was beautiful and enjoyable. Sunsets were unbelievable!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house is cleaned, well maintained and the views are to die for. My family and I enjoyed the pool and lanai area daily and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Would definitely stay here again.

excellent family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The veranda was so beautiful and comfortable. It was where we spent most of our time from coffee in the morning, afternoon swim in the pool, evening meals and of course the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets over the ocean. 10 out of 10

Wonderful Ocean View Home!

The home was very nice and the communication was excellent. This place has beautiful ocean views, and listening to all the birds in the beautiful landscaped yard was wonderful! great. There are a lot of stairs to the front door and inside the home, if you have anyone that would struggle with stairs it might be a bit much for them. We really enjoyed the tv room for watching sport (March Madness!). The property is very secure and in a gated community which was great. We appreciated all the extra in the home and pool items outside

Paradise Found

This is by far the most amazing property we have stayed at anywhere around the world, and we work for the airline industry and stay in many places around the world. Wonderful! If you’re deciding between this property or another option, pick this property! While the house is amazing, we spent most of our time in the pool or on the patio. Amazing views with no other houses right in front of you. Would love to stay here again.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 7. It is even more beautiful in person. Everyone had their own space when needed. The house is ideal for large families. We spent most of our time on the large lanai and pool area. There was rarely a time that we weren’t out enjoying the pool and the views. The home is stocked with games, pool activities and household necessities. The management company could not have been more responsive and thorough. It was a great experience in a beautiful home.

The house, lanai and pool were wonderful. The choice was do we go and do something (Beach, volcano,snorkel, sightsee) or do we just stay and enjoy the lanai, pool and the most marvelous ocean view on the Kona coast? The choice was frequently the house. WE WILL BE BACK!

Perfect Experience

This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the breathtaking ocean views to the stunning, roomy and well equipped home, this rental was everything our family of 7 had hoped for. The lanai and pool made just hanging out “at home” a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

Unbelievable

My family was ecstatic with our stay in this beautiful home. It was more than we imagined and could have spent our entire vacation just hanging out at the home. It was very spacious and clean, and provided ample room for my husband and I and our (4) kids (young adults and teens). We enjoyed beautiful sunsets sitting on the lanai and while swimming in the pool in the evening, which was amazing. The entire lower floor of the house is a huge primary suite which includes a dressing room and a laundry room. We never dreamed of staying somewhere so beautiful and are thankful to the owners who are willing to share their piece of paradise with others. The house is in a gated community and is very close to many shopping areas, including downtown Kona. You will not be disappointed.

What a wou place to stay

Thank you to the owner of this property for sharing such a beautiful home. The view from the lania and pool area is just so amazing, I could just stay there all day and soak it up. The management company met us there on arrival and walk us through the home which was appreciated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

As beautiful as the photos!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on the big island with our three adult children. The property manager Gabbie met us at the house to show us the amazing property and explain the details. We had contacted a private chef who cooked a fabulous surprise birthday dinner for our son our first night in the house. (Highly recommend Max and Austin!!!) The pool and hot tub were perfect and we used the grill a few nights. The stores and restaurants located five minutes away were not only convenient but very nice for groceries, meals and last minute souvenirs! Location was great for day trips to coffee farms and the spa and beaches. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this outstanding property!

We had a lovely week

The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is a little weird since the house is built into the hill, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor where you can enter, then the main floor and then on the lowest level is the master suite. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. We would absolutely stay again.

Phenomenal home + location!

This home far exceeded every expectation and preconception we had before arrival. We spent almost all our awake time on the amazing shaded lanai by the pool/hot tub when we were not out doing tourist stuff. The built-in Sonos throughout the house and the whale viewing were added bonuses. Yesterday we watched one whale, not far off-shore, breach at least 10 times in the space of five minutes. If we come back to the Big Island we’d love to stay here again.

Big Island Adventure

What an amazing home! We were thrilled to spend 12 days in this fantastic residence. Great location, spotlessly clean, well appointed and flat-out beautiful views. Our contact Gabbie was very helpful and pleasant. She met us upon arrival, giving us a quick but thorough overview of the home and we were sitting by the pool taking in the breathtaking views in no time. It was as if we had our own high-end resort. I would definitely love to come back to this beautiful home again.
