Awesome Condo!

Our stay was amazing. The condo has just recently been upgraded and it shows. Tracy the condo manager was awesome as well. It was nice to have a designated parking spot as parking in Kona is terrible. within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and grocery stores and farmers market.

Nice Condo Near Everything

Well appointed top floor condominium facingthe seaside town of Kona. Everything is clean, comfortable and nice. There are even outdoor folding chairs, boogie board, and accessories for beach and pool! We would stay here again!

This condo was so conveniently located to the hub of Kona on Alii Drive!! I loved my time here even though I was there for work! The neighbors were very friendly even the Property Manager! I loved the care and quality of this unit! Kona Beach Properties and Team (Tracy) were AWESOME!!! They even checked on me to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. THIS IS A MUST RENT and Comfortable for two couples as well!!

Excellent vacation!

The apartment was centrally located and it was a five minute walk to get to the ocean. Quiet and had everything a guest would ever need. There was lots of beach equipment, which came in handy!

We loved staying here! It has extended beyond our expectations and it has everything that we needed. This condo is very neat and well maintained inside. The location is very convenient getting to places in downtown and several great snorkeling spots! We definitely will be back soon!

Great location, very nice for 2 people. 3 stories walk up only problem. Pool and BBQ great . Walk to downtown Perfect location for us.

Great location, right across the street from our favorite restaurant in Kona (Krua Thai) and easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and shops.AC worked great. Shaded parking. Good internet. We would do it again.

February getaway

Comfortable for the 2 of us. Clean, close to and easy access to beaches/stores/interesting sites to see/etc., air conditioner came in handy. Having beach accessories (short-legged chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel gear) available at unit was nice. Pool and grills near pool were nice feature; we enjoyed the friendly cat at pool. Other tenants very nice and friendly. Road noise a bit much at times.

Superb unit

Very nice large rental unit which has been well looked after. Very clean with attractive decor. Fantastic amenities and location and we were able to see the ocean too. Conveniently close to many attractions. However, as this unit directly fronts onto Kuakini Hwy, while on the balcony outside with the lanai door open, the noise from this heavily travelled roadway was annoying, especially from vehicles that had mufflers modified. If you don't mind traffic noise, this is the place for you. Otherwise we had an enjoyable stay.
