And the proximity and access (with additional fee)to the Four Seasons facilities via a short golf cart ride was amazing. The home was in great condition and had everything we needed. And the Club concierge arranged for tours and property access seamlessly. All around great experience at a great property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many villas at Hualalai - and this by far had the best to offer. So close to the resort you can get room service, with unobstructed ocean views! The house is well furnished and really well maintained. It was spotless. Private Homes is incredibly responsive. It really is so easy to arrive, feel at home, and never want to leave. There is plenty of space for lounging and more than enough room for 6 folks, although we were a group of 4. Perfect blend of location and quality! We will be back for sure.

That created some challenges inasmuch as my wife and our friend both had recent surgeries that made the stairs a challenge. Also, while the layout and furnishings were great, the unit die no have doors where doors would be expected, like the master bedroom water closet.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for a relaxing week; we wanted the resort experience without staying in a resort, and this property definitely fits the criteria. The property is exactly as described and the hosts were gracious and well prepared for our arrival. The Club Concierge is also a useful resource to help with reservations for activities/restaurants. Absolutely love love the indoor/outdoor living concept in the architectural design, truly an outstanding experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, terrific house, and superb customer service. That sums up our stay. The house was beautiful, with a fabulous view. The kitchen, living room, balcony were great. The master bedroom and bath were very, very nice. The second and third bedrooms were pretty good too. The master shower blocked up on day 1. Doors in the second bedroom were getting stuck and the safe was broken. All these complaints were addressed and fixed within a few hours. They even brought us a portable safe which was then bolted to the ground. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this place.

Incredible !

We think this is the best condo at Hualalai hands down. The home has everything a family needs and the staff are wonderful to work with. The views are simply heavenly and it’s a 2 minute golf ride or five minute walk to the four seasons. We will be back !!!! Mahalo.

Incredible Week in Hawaii

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience working with Private Homes Hawaii for our stay in Golf Villa 4202. The pictures don’t do the villa justice - couldn’t hope for a better location in the Hualalai community, and the view of the ocean and sound of the waves are incredible. Short walk to both the beach and trading post, but golf cart makes traveling around the resort easy. Each of the three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The team at Private Homes Hawaii were overly communicative and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Definitely hope to return at some point soon.

Perfect Hawaii Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In the past we stayed at the hotel resort but decided this year to try a Villa instead because we have three children. The Villa was in a perfect location and it felt like a family home with enough space for everyone without feeling overcrowded. It is close enough to the resort facilities so that the teenagers could easily walk to/fro without complaining. Of course having the golf cart was a bonus for lazy days. Being able to use the facilities at the resort was very important to us. The Villa has been beautifully maintained, rooms are clean and the views from the dining room, living room and master bedroom is just as shown in the photos: amazing. We could hear the ocean waves from the rooms and having the golf course in front of the balcony gave the Villa a relaxing ambience that one expects from Hawaii. One of our sons was able to continue his track training by running on the golf course. The kitchen had everything we needed to BBQ for a group of 13 people. Having a concierge service to do the grocery shopping for the one day we hosted a BBQ for three families made our stay hassle free.
