Terrific location and one bedroom condo. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sea all day and night. Surfers everyday about 200 yds to the south. Occasionally spinner dolphins in the morning. Great sunsets. Nicely furnished and a well equipped kitchen. A short walk to town and restaurants. The on site host, Kona Beach Properties, was terrific. Friendly, convenient and very responsive.

A piece of heaven on earth

This place is absolutely amazing!! The unit was just as described, there is something new to the view every day and night, it had everything and i mean everything that someone would need ie. Shampoo. Spices, towels, beach equipment, laundry detergent and a laundry area on each floor. Very well maintained place. Lots of food, stores , a luau less than a 3 minute walk. This place and area for piece quiet , and beauty took 1st place in my book.

Hawai’i Getaway

Property was as represented. Good laundry facilities on floor. Bathroom is microscopically small which you can’t really tell from the listing. It was functional but fairly annoying for a long stay. AC works but is erratic. It would go from warm to cold without us ever adjusting the temps ourselves. The lanai is worth it all though. The views could not be beat!

Amazing vacation spot!

Located close to everything with plenty to do. And when we were still, we enjoyed every second of just relaxing on the lanai and watching the waves hit the tide pools. Everything we could have needed was provided and we had the MOST comfortable bed ever. The host was very friendly and communicative.

Beautiful Ocean Front

I highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for our getaway vacation. Waking up to the ocean right outside our balcony was truly amazing. Very quiet and clean. Definitely will be staying here for future vacations.

Location, location, location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this fabulous VRBO. The condo had everything you could possibly want and was definitely in the best location of Kona! The view from the lanai is stunning and we enjoyed our daily sea aquarium. The amount of fish you can see is unbelievable. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Kona! Owner responded quickly and timely. Thank you!

Hawaii never looked so good from this beautiful VRBO

This was my first VRBO experience and it’s going to be hard to top! Amazing views, incredibly clean and great communication with the property manager. This place made me feel right at home and is furnished with everything you would need for a stay in Kona. The layout was well thought out and it was the small touches that impressed me the most. Binoculars, flashlights, beach chairs and towels, a well appointed kitchen and what can I say about the views! Thanks Tracy and team for a magical stay.

Loved everything about it except the lack of central ac (which was a development after we rented it)

Excellent location, very close to Kona and many restaurants (1/4 mile). Lovely view of the ocean, sunsets, and rainbows! from the balcony, west facing and only 20’ off the rocky shore. Only 200’ from a surf beach (though reef break makes it a bit treacherous). Comfortable bed with nice linens, ample towels, well stocked kitchen with basic supplies (sugar, pepper, etc), coffee grinder, cooler and ice pack, beach chairs and beach towels, etc. Unfortunately, the lack of central air was a big drawback as the single ac unit in the bedroom was not adequate to cool the other rooms despite max cool setting with closed doors/windows and drawn shades at all times. The living room was sweltering. Bedroom was somewhat cool at night but humid—dehumidifier rapidly switched off as the water reservoir rapidly filled. I believe the ac issue occurred after we rented the unit and probably too late to change our plans, but it would have been a non-starter if we had other options. Hopefully they will fix it soon. If not, perhaps a second ac in the kitchen or living room would help.

gorgeous view and great area

condo had the absolute most gorgeous view on 2 sides - got to see sunrise and sunset. unit is dated and smelled a bit musty but the staff was wonderful and responsive and brought a dehumidifier which helped. the property is very close to downtown Kona so easy to walk to meals, drinks and shopping (and more gorgeous sunsets). Our return flight was cancelled and we had to book one 6 hours earlier so we had to high-tail it out of there and couldn't clean up as we should have - but staff was very understanding and nice about it. Would highly recommend staying here.

The condo is very comfortable with all you need. Management very accommodating and available. We had trouble with tv remote and our manager spent several hours and trip to Spectrum to get a new remote. Would definitely stay here again.
