Beautiful oceanfront location. Watching turtles, fish, and eels from the balcony every morning was a highlight. This condo has beach chairs, an umbrella, and small cooler so we were set for the beach. We walked to Kailua Kona and to local small beaches but still recommend a car because you don’t want to miss Kohala beaches or Volcanoes park and they require a drive. The only drawback of this condo is that it feels damp but we understood that this will happen when your balcony is literally 20 feet above the surf.

Everything was wonderful. The unit is small but great use of space and was very comfortable for the two of us. We loved the wrap around lanai and appreciated the high bar stool bistro set and spent most of our time out there. Tracy was very responsive to any questions we had. It is a perfect location and within walking distance to downtown Kona with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The kitchen was fully functional with everything needed to prepare meals. The wrap around lanai over the water was perfect. The management team was over the top, the best! Downtown Kailua, Kona was completely walkable. My wife and I would highly recommend this property.

This property has a perfect blend. Near enough to Kailua-Kona to walk to shops and restaurants, but down the beach enough for quiet privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the nearby "Absolute Oceanfront" surf provided the perfect background for restful sleep. Great water pressure in the shower. The wraparound lanai allowed us to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The swimming pool gave us another option for sun and swimming. Magic Sands Beach is about 2.5 miles away with ample parking. We appreciated the covered dedicated parking space. The two air conditioning units allowed us to set the temperature right where we wanted it. Most of the time, we opened the windows and the lanai door to enjoy the balmy weather. We had a fantastic stay.

The last three days I got 4 or 5 bite after I got up 2 different mornings. My sister got one on Saturday. Mine were Sunday and Tuesday.Other than that things were pretty nice. I thought we would be closer to the shop at the north end but it would of been a long walk . We had to drive to all places.

Great location! Close enough to town to walk. This was the most time we’ve ever spent at a property relaxing. The wrap-around lanai was great for lounging, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The covered parking was a bonus, too.

Lovely spot, beautiful wraparound lanai with a fabulous view. Small but nice pool. Private parking spot. Just a 20 minute walk to the Kailua pier and tons of restaurants and shops on the way. We would certainly stay there again!

2 weeks in paradise

We've stayed here several times before. You just can't beat the location. Being so close to Kona allowed us to not have to worry about parking because we could easily walk to anywhere on Ali'i. Ample restaurants and shops and a farmers market with fresh fruits made it very convenient. All in all, a great two weeks!

Yep, right on the bluff

Windy stay while we were here so surf blew onto the deck. The unit has a dining table and tall bar table/stools outside and I wish we'd been able to use them more consistently. The surf was noisy, too, but who doesn't love the sound of surf. Size of the unit and convenience was great.

Fabulous Location

This wrapped deck has an expansive vista of the ocean with breakers right below you. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking in the ocean’s beauty.The reservation staff was exceptional and leaned over backwards to help me out when I made an egregious error with my online reservation. So happy to have stayed here and would do so again!

View is amazing

The sound of waves crashing beneath and the panoramic view is the best. The location of the unit within the small complex and the building’s proximity to town are great. It’s not exactly a full remodel as described, but it works. The shower has quite a low flow.

Vacation Perfection

Unit this is vacation perfection in every way. We immediately felt relaxed and at home because of the attention to detail in every room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more to enjoy our stay. Don’t let the slightly warn appearance of the property scare you away from this perfect unit with a wraparound lanai affording unbelievable views. The condo was exactly as shown, clean, roomy and a great getaway for two. We would recommend it to anyone looking g for a perfect home away from home.

Get ready for awesome!

My wife and I stay in Hawaii twice a year for the last 40 years. This unit is now at the top of our list. It is so close to the crashing waves that you feel the water. Tracy with Kona beach properties was just fabulous to deal with. Very professional and quick responses. We rented three units in this complex, one was from casa go. Never again from them. Everything was great. Our favorite place on the island. Perfect location for us and anyone that comes with us. It is good to see that the maintenance issues have been totally corrected. The air conditioner was set to cold and it was too cold so I set it warmer. Never thought I would say that.

When On-the-Rocks is a good thing

This condo is lovely. Amazing views, very comfortable bed, nice Hawaiian decor, even a beautiful cotton Hawaiian quilt. Portable air conditioning in living and bedrooms worked well even on very warm days. The front yard has waves crashing on the lava rocks below, tang feeding, surfers lining up for a wave, cruise ships, interesting life in the tide pools and local fishermen who are very nice and knowledgeable about the fish and tides. So many things to love about this condo. The parking spot is very close. We rarely used the elevator. There are laundry facilities on each floor. Thanks for being our home base for an amazing Anniversary trip to Hawaii. M & A

Walk to Town

We had a perfect stay at this condo on the ocean. Description was accurate. A few steps to restaurants and Kona center, but off the main road so no street noise. Everything you need was available in the condo: kitchen supplies, beach items etc. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful view, comfortable condo!

The condo is lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The views were incredible, and we loved watching the sunsets from the lanai while listening to the ocean. Check in was very smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We greatly appreciated the hospitality shown through the amenities provided in this condo. Anything we needed or even thought we might need was provided by the owners. It made exploring and having fun so easy! Of course the location and the wrap around deck and view was the cherry on top for this complete Kona experience. We highly recommend this condo.
