All was good. The location is great - close to town.The kitchen could use a refresh, but the pots and pans were very good. There are enough glasses and plates, etc. so no complaints. Check in was convenient as well which we appreciated with our late arrival 3 weeks ago.

Kona vacation

As advertised. Spectacular ocean front views right on the ocean. The unit is clean and very comfortable and a parking space. Grat location as well, walking distance to a lot of great stores and restaurants.

Great Ocean View

We visited to Big Island for over 2 weeks to celebrate our birthdays. We were on the Kona side for over 5 days at another condo, then the Hilo side for 5 days, followed by our time at this property. Booking this place was easy. The property management company sent prompt replies and easy to follow directions in a timely manner. On one communication the address was off, transposing a 8 with a 0, but no worries as we knew where it was located.The location is wonderful. It's walking distance to the shops and cafes, but far enough away from the main road so you don't hear traffic. We really liked that as our first condo had traffic noise and we had to drive to town and deal with parking.The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, though we only had bowls of cereal and coffee and ate out the rest of the time. The view is great!Our first condo was close in price, but much bigger with a larger lanai. Hilo was the best of the 3 and the least expensive. The other 2 properties felt more welcoming with more of an Aloha Spirit. Fresh fruit and a hand written cards welcomed us. This one was professional, but less friendly. The sign by the sink about the garbage disposal with if you brake it you'll be charged and a multi page rule book seemed to use some harsh language. We would come back if we were to stay in this area again.Mahalo!

Great value with incredible ocean view

This condo has sweeping views of the ocean and sunsets . The pounding surf directly below is loud but also mesmerizing. Within walking distance of dining and shops in Kona. The unit is dated but the location, views and price makes this an incredible value.

Incredible location - right on the water. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of beach supplies. Walking distance to the tourist stuff but not on top of it. Overall, lots of fun.

Beautiful stay!

What a lovely place for my stay in town. It was just as described with an amazing view, the convenience of a dedicated parking space, and a full kitchen. There’s a closet filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. for outdoor activities and a lanai for enjoying those beautiful sunsets on the water. Although I didn’t end up using it, I appreciated the convenience of having a laundry room on the property. This unit was very clean, quiet, and pretty perfect for my visit. Thank you!

Simple and amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex, and we will keep coming back! Condo 205 was very clean, had everything we needed and, most importantly, the view! Checkin was simple, everything was comfortable and the one issue we had was quickly communicated about! Thank you again for another wonderful stay!

Amazing location

Just as advertised. Close to town and enjoyed having the ocean sounds lull us to sleep. Laundry facilities convenient but both washers were out of order so had to walk up another floor. Kitchen well equipped even though I was promised that I wouldn’t have to cook on my vacation 😍

Great location, Comfortable apartment

Great location in Kona. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean. Bed was comfy. Total space a little smaller than it looked in the photo. Bathroom was tiny but workable. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate dinner out most nights but had breakfast and sometimes lunch at the room. It worked well for us. Other reviews had a lot to say about the AC. Honestly we left it off most days because it was in the mid 70s with a nice breeze. When we did use the AC the place cooled down quickly.

Cute beach condo in good location

We enjoyed staying here with the ocean view. The location was close to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities were super helpful and we were able to use the coin laundry down the hall. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Views

This condo was in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a small beach. It was quite comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. View from lanai was fabulous, literally hanging over the sea. Condo is not totally updated but it was fine and provided everything needed.

Great view right on the Ocean; Close to town

We spent two weeks here and really enjoyed the visit. The condo is right on the ocean. The sunset views and ocean sounds were amazing. With high winds and waves, it can get a bit loud on this second floor condo. We got used to it, and appreciated the location. The kitchen is really well equipped, which we appreciate since we like to cook in about half the time. We ate on the lanai each night since there is not a great place to sit in the condo itself. Turned out to be great since the temps were perfect. Walking to town takes 10 - 15 minutes depending on where you go. Several good restaurants are also close by. All in all, the condo really suited our needs and we were happy with the choice.

Crashing waves at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The building was quite , and the view and crashing waves were some of the best we’ve experienced. The location is perfect with a short walk to plenty of restaurants and sites.

Great little condo!

We very much enjoyed staying here. Location is great, can walk to everything in Kona. Beautiful view from both the living room and bedroom. Condo is right on the ocean, can watch the sunset from the balcony. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to cook with.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was exactly as listed. Cleanliness is very important to me- it was very clean. We do sanitizing anyway. The Kitchen was well stocked. The king bed was very comfy. Nice bathroom/shower with lots of hot water! Everything you want to visit the beach. Even a fishing rod!! A Couple blocks from Shops, nightlife and free trolley. Very walkable and safe. Condo has a Saltwater pool, tables, umbrellas and chairs/loungers. The best thing- the condo balcony is almost over the ocean. Right in front of you You can see fish and other Marine life. Really enjoyed the stay.

Kona Retreat

My wife and I came to Kona for her to compete in the Ironman World Championships. The condo was perfectly located close to town and right on the race course. We loved falling asleep to the crashing waves. It was a perfect place for us to rest up after enjoying our days out on the beach. I would highly recommend it for any couple looking to get away!
