We knew this was a budget rental, so we were not upset that the unit was smaller and a bit dated.While this is technically a sleeps 6 unit, more than 4 people will never be comfortable here. The fold out sofa consumes the entire living room. In addition, there is only seating for 4 in the living room, dining area, and patio. All areas are very small. We couldn't eat or socialize at all in the unit. The middle of the sofa dips quite dramatically as well. Nothing was comfortable.The noise was absolutely horrible! There are no true windows, only slat windows. And the other complexes sidewalk runs directly.by the windows of this unit. You can hear everyone's conversations as they walked by or chilled on their patios. We kept the air conditioning on to help muffle the noise though the AC was not always necessary.You can hear every single word from the couple living above the master bedroom as they watch TV until midnight and are then up again walking around and moving things at 5:00 am.We had 4 bath towels for 5 people. We found a mystery bag of sheets, blankets and towels in the closet and used them for the sofa bed. They were kinda wadded up in the bag so it was unclear if they were clean or not.A toaster would've been very helpful as well. Otherwise, the kitchen was well appointed.Communication with the host was generally quick but we had some issues. It ended up fine but I would not stay here again.
