It was a beautiful well-pointed unit with a gorgeous ocean view. I loved the balcony. The location was excellent. Many restaurants and shops are walkable. Everyone was very responsive to questions. I felt I had great support.

Perfect condo for 2 people. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai watching waves crashing on the rocks. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Condo is clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo in Kona! The view was stunning — we could listen to the soothing sound of the waves all day and enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from the balcony. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Kona’s shopping and dining areas, yet still peaceful and relaxing.Our host, Bill, was wonderful — very responsive and kind. He even went out of his way to personally drop off an iron when we requested one, which we truly appreciated.The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a perfect vacation spot, and we’d love to come back again soon! Highly recommend!

We loved that we were walking distance into town, and also that it was a perfect location for the Ironman World Championships.The condo is right on the ocean, so we enjoyed watching the boogey boarders and surfers on most days, as well as beautiful sunsets.The condo was clean, and we appreciated the management contacts throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

There are so many things that we appreciated about this vacation paradise, but the location is the star of the show. You really can't beat it for ease of access to historic Kona and the ocean. We spent every morning and happy hour on the Linai.We loved all the attention to detail in this top floor apartment. The dragonfly light fixtures and golden sink fixtures were our favorites. We also really appreciated the mirrors which gave us even more ocean views and sunset lighting. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and made it easy for us to fall asleep after long days exploring.The owners were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous view and location!

Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and fun to watch the boogie boarders from the lanai. Very clean and tidy. The owners were super. We were there for the 4th of July and had a fantastic spot to watch the fireworks on the lawn just below. Also conveniently close to Royal Kona Tennis Courts and town. A nice relaxing stay…thanks!

Best View in Town!

Our stay at this Kona Reef condo was fantastic. The updated interior was very comfortable. The AC in both the living rm and bedroom was a big plus! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella and the cooler making our beach trips more enjoyable. The view of the sunset and the surfers from the balcony were amazing. We made it a point of getting a drink and going outside every day to see the sunset. The location is great, close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops but also in a very quiet complex. The complex has a pool, hot tub and grills for your use. Honls beach (a small beach) is right next door if you don't want to drive to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and available if you had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

An Incredible Stay

We had an outstanding stay at this top-floor oceanfront unit. The view was absolutely incredible—one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The condo had been recently remodeled, and the owner’s care and craftsmanship were evident throughout. They were also very gracious and welcoming. The property manager was top-notch, checking in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly.We also loved the quiet atmosphere of the complex—it made for a truly relaxing stay. The hot tub and pool were both excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed being able to walk to several great restaurants nearby. This place checked all the boxes, and we’d gladly stay here again!

Location, Location, Location!

This place is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants, all within walking distance. Great home base for exploring the island. The resort is quiet with a nice pool and the view is spectacular. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

A Kona Gem

Breakfast and lunch sitting just above the breaking surf on a lovely balcony watching the waves in early morning and the sunsets through swaying palms. Then a short walk to dinner in Kona town or at one of the hotels or local hangouts along the way. Perfect Hawaii experience!The condo was nicely furnished and all kitchen necessities were there for us. The bed was so comfortable. And both my husband and I were asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows. Parking is convenient. The pool is lovely, even though we took off for the beach every morning. We had the smallest of issues with some beach equipment, mentioned it in an email, and the owner was kind enough to make it perfect within 24 hours. Excellent communication, which means a lot these days!We look forward to our next visit!

Right on ocean and close to restaurants

I can't say enough about how great the ocean view was. Beautiful sunsets right on the water with the sound of crashing waves. We spent every evening enjoying the sounds and sights of the water. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants without worrying about parking. The condo was as advertised. Bedroom and bathroom are small but serviceable with a nice big open great room and reasonable kitchen. There were plenty of beach toys and snorkeling gear. The owner and manager both checked in on our stay and were friendly and responsive. Overall, this condo is a good value, at least for Hawaii. The ocean view and location are unbeatable, and this was much less expensive than a hotel room far from the water. We will definitely try to stay here if we come back to Kona. Thanks for letting us stay!

Outstanding unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo is well appointed and has everything we needed for 2 weeks. Spacious condo with updated kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The building is quiet. The location is great, could walk to restaurants. The host Bill Bush is friendly and responsive. Would come back.
