We are very sorry that you were "both very disappointed" with your stay, Jack & Noelle. I'm not sure what you mean by "not as advertised" or that the room that you stayed in "had no pictures on the site," I assume that you are referring to the expedia.com site, where the Kahuna Room is listed, and there are definitely pictures of the room and the facility. Regarding the "not as advertised" statement, again, I would ask you what it was that you are referring to, or were led to believe that you would be receiving, that we didn't fulfill. Many people, thousands of people over almost twelve years of being in business, have stayed in that very room. It is our most popular room, and a big reason is it's very reasonably priced. So to say that you "felt ripped off" is something else I don't understand. I would welcome more clear communication from you, as we are always trying to improve our services, and take these comments very seriously. I wish that you had said something, anything, to myself or any of the staff members while you were with us for your two night stay. Perhaps we could have done something to change what was not working for you. At the very least, we certainly would have tried, if you had given us the opportunity to do so. Mahalo.

Mahalo for your very thoughtful and in-depth review of our sanctuary, Antonio. I wish you had said something to us regarding the Jacuzzi. We keep the cover on so it holds the heat, but it is very simple to remove and very easy to use. We also offer massage therapy but usually wait for a guest to ask us if they're interested. Oh well, it's still sounds like you had a lovely time with us and hopefully we'll see you again in the future. Thanks again for leaving the review.
