  • Banyan Tree Unit #202 is ready for your Hawaiian Vacation. The 1200 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, & lanai that is 25' from the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed whereas the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shoji Screens divide the Master Bedroom and Living /Dining Area. 2 flat Screen TV's in unit, 1 42 inch TV in living room and 1 32 inch TV in Guest Bedroom. Kitchen has appliances which include, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and built in microwave. The unit has a full size stack washer and dryer. Phone available for local calls. Internet Available. The 2 bathrooms have easy walk-in showers. Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living/Dining Area. A/C wall mounted in Master Bedroom.
    Banyan Tree has covered parking on ground floor and easy access by key/touchpad elevator system to reach floors above. A Veranda is available for your use on the 2nd floor. The Oceanside pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area is a great place for relaxing, swimming or cooking. Chaise Lounge Chairs, and Table Sets are available for your use. ***Please note that there is Security Surveillance Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.***

    Your Private Lanai, the Pool Deck or 2nd floor Veranda are perfect spots to watch for whales, dolphins, surfers and Kona's Amazing sunsets.

This condo is located just 2 miles from downtown Kona. Condo was very clean, well stocked, in fact it was the best stocked condo I have ever rented in the 30 yrs I have been traveling! The owner responds very quickly if needed. She even gave me some ideas for beaches near Kona and answered any question related to the area or the island. The oceanfront view is amazing.

Condo has the best view ever...the lanai is near perfect. Unit had so many useful additions...plenty seating, bedding, towels etc. Host is super responsive...when washer broke, it was fixed by the time we got home. Never tried TVs....no comments. Kitchen had more than enough stuff, and we did cook. Perfect vacation, perfect condo.

Absolutely loved this property. The view was spectacular, along with the furnishings. It was heaven to sit on the lanai each evening for “sunset hour” as we called it, and feel like we were floating on the waves. I would love to stay here again! For parents of young children who want to spend a lot of time at the pool, however, I would make sure to read through pool rules before booking to make sure that you’re ok with the limitations of pool play at this property.

Great stay!

Everything was as advertised. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub after the day at the beach. Waking up to watch the surfers was fun. The sunsets were beautiful!

Great home base

My husband and I brought our two teenagers to Hawaii for the first time and this place was an excellent home base for us. The condo is well stocked with everything I needed to cook most meals at home. The lanai that overlooks the ocean was always full of surfers and I loved watching them. We watched the sunset from the lanai each day. The beach umbrella and beach chairs that were supplied were so nice! Lovely place!

Wonderful Ocean View

This two bedroom is a great place to have as a base for exploring the Big Island. From morning coffee to evening sunsets the oceanfront location was endlessly beautiful. Condo comes fully equipped with beach gear, kitchen equipment ,and a good location In Kailua. Enjoyed the artwork as well!

Two weeks of bliss

My wife and I spent two weeks watching the ocean and the surf borders from our unit. It was wonderful. Have been to the big island many times but never this close to the water. Would stay there again.

Great location and views

My older teens and I had a wonderful time. The view is amazing. We watched the surfers each morning/night and spinner dolphins even appeared our last day. The unit is well stocked across the board - fully functional kitchen, everything for beach days (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and small ice chest), family games, books, paper goods and plenty of cleaning supplies. It’s a short drive into Kona if you’d rather eat out. Owner was responsive to questions. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful oceanfront on the Kona coast

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is comfortable, clean, well stocked and close to the Kona beaches and downtown. We loved sitting on the lanai with our coffee in the morning watching the surfers and the occasional cruise ship arriving. The host is very responsive. Thank you Dana for everything

Fabulous Location and Beautiful View

We absolutely loved our stay here, we were in town for the Ironman and it was the perfect location away from the more crowded downtown Kona area, but also just a short drive away. The view from the lanai was beautiful, we spent several hours out there every day watching the waves, surfers, sunrises and sunsets. The condo was very clean and had every amenity we needed as we ate out several times but also cooked as well. I would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Kona.

Paradise

What a gorgeous place with magnificent ocean views.The beds were wonderful, beautiful artwork, and comfortable furniture. Since we are older, the elevator was a pleasant experience. Sitting on the lanai while watching the surfers, turtles, fish, spinner dolphins, and whales was a daily routine ….simply paradise!!!

Perfect

Well-managed condo building, delightful-in-all-ways condo unit. Our favorite activity is to sit on the lanai and watch the surfers right below, but when we got down to the perfect pool/hot tub at the ocean's edge, it was entirely comfortable and fun.

Perfect location

This property was perfect for us. Morning coffee on the lanai watching the surfers hit the waves and evenings watching the sunset. A few miles out of the downtown Kona area making it quiet and peaceful. The property was clean with adequate garage parking. We will be back!

Prime Location!!!

Literally just steps from the ocean! The lanai overlooks the ocean, and it was fun watching the surfers and the beautiful sunsets! The condo was very clean, and our host was very kind, giving clear instructions. Very happy we chose this condo based upon it’s location!!!

Very nice accommodations!

The unit is lovely and the king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and essential items were on hand. The parking was a little challenging due to the pillars. Lots of homeless people around the area.

Perfect spot for our family

This condo was well stocked, super clean and just what we were after for our family trip. Being right on the ocean was incredible, being able to watch super talented surfers all day and sunsets in the evening. The complex is quiet, clean, and only about 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. There’s also a super convenient cash only convenience store across the street and a few restaurants and and open air market all within a short walk or drive. We’d love to stay here again at some point.
