We loved our stay at this clean & beautiful island inspired condo, just across from Magic Sands where we enjoyed epic sunsets! Kira was a wonderful host, we found all the extras available in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as beach & snorkel gear! The pool & hot tub were a great place to relax. Hope we can return soon!

Lodging was fantastic! Great view of Magic Sands beach from the large balcony. Just walk across the street for beautiful sunsets and dining at Magic grill. Extremely well equipped spacious 2 bed 2 bath unit. Location was perfect- short distance to downtown Kona area with shops and dining plus less than 2 miles to amazing snorkeling The host was great too very communicative and seemed personable Highly recommend… but with one small caveat there is an elevator but you still need to take a half flight of stairs since the building is angled, thus this would not be suitable for those who can’t do any stairs

Fantastic Magic Sands Condo

This place was perfect in May - beautiful sunsets, across the street from a sandy beach, nice pool, and not too far from restaurants. Even some bird nests and gecko friedns. We loved it!

Such an enjoyable stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time we were very impressed with the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We love this location… the view of Magic Sands Beach, and easy access to many restaurants, shops, etc. in the area.

Perfect location

Perfect condo in a perfect location. Loved listening to the sound of the ocean first thing in the morning and as you fall asleep. We loved being able to just walk across the street to the beach. The condo clean. Beds were comfortable. The barbecue area by the pool was so nice as was the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this place. Owners were very helpful with suggestions and quickly responded to any questions we had.

This is the most adorable spot. Super clean, and right across the street from the best beach in Kona. Check in was easy, and proximity to downtown stuff couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent condo

This was our first VRBO booking and it was excellent! There were three of us. Me, my wife, and our son stayed for six nights. I don’t know why there are not too many reviews on this condo. Great place for the price! Host was very kind and punctually communicative. I wanted a condo that has two bathrooms. It really is just a few steps from Magic Sands Beach. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony. A/C was excellent once it turned on. All the rooms have ceiling fans which was a bonus, plus there are three additional floor fans provided which we didn’t have to use them. The only minor complaint I have is that the bed in the master bedroom was a little high for us short people to get onto. Maybe that’s why there was a step stool in the closet. Lol! Enjoyed the pool often. A drive to town for shopping was only three miles. We walked to town one day and it was very scenic! My wife loved all the trees and plants we passed by. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want a great place to stay for the price! Would definitely book here again in the future!

Amazing Ladies Trip

Love this condo and stay here every time we are in Kona! Usually come with my husband but turned this trip into a ladies only trip and had a fantastic time! So much to do on the big island and just a 1-2 miles walking distance of several restaurants and markets! This place is always like a home away from home, very clean, comfortable and all the amenities you will need!

Relaxing and Pleasurable Stay

This property was especially comfortable and pleasant. We certainly appreciated the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and lanai were very well stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit this area. I think our most favorite thing was the beautiful view of Magic Sands Beach from the lanai.

Magical!

Loved this property! The location was amazing with a big lanai and ocean views. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The grounds and pool area were great. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that there was no sand at Magic Sands beach (which of course the owners have control over).

Beautiful Condo and Fabulous Location

My husband and I loved this condo. It was beautifully designed and felt like home! It was so clean and well maintained. My husband and I were so excited that we could walk across the street and go snorkeling at Magic beach. I will definitely stay here again!!

Perfekt ausgestattet es Konto mit Meerblick

Wir würden gerne bleiben! Wir waren begeistert, dass alles, was man nur brauchen kann, vorhanden war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit moderner Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr gut und auch sonst war alles super! Von dem Balkon aus kann man herrlich den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Schöne Grillstation am Pool, selbst ein Billardtisch und Sauna sind vorhanden. Der Magic Sands Beach gegenüber ist allerdings nicht besonders gut zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Wonderful place for family

Our host was super. Worked with us when our plane delayed a whole day! The condo was just like photos. Breakfast on terrace was a awesome way to start the day. Beach or pool toss a coin. Want history just down the road. Want nightlife just a few minutes away.

Short Stroll to the Sea

My two kids and I spent several days in this lovely location. We ate every breakfast on the deck, looking across the street to the ocean. Everything was clean, comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. Our first night, we walked across the street to the beach and frolicked in the waves. A sea turtle swam up to us, and even though we tried to keep a respectful distance, it kept swimming to us. We had 30min of swimming with our “sea puppy,” and that will be an experience my son and I never forget. The owners were very responsive, even though I was communicating with them and not the property manager. In my excitement, I missed seeing the note on the frig to contact the local manager, and didn’t read it until the last night. Face palm. They were very gracious in replying to my basic questions. We will be back!
