Smoking or using illegal substances indoors is not permitted and will result in a $500 cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you: return the AC and Fan remotes to its original place, use the designated garbage bins for trash, and place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running before you leave. Follow the steps on the grass walk to the end and you will see a couple of steps on the patio. This home is not handicap accessible. Find the lockbox on the deck and open the sliding door. As part of a super-quiet residential community, these rules are important to us and your neighbors. HOUSE RULES No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited indoors. No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Green AC usage: Please close the doors and windows when the AC is on. Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes when entering the house. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No Parties or Events: No parties or gatherings are allowed. If neighbors are disturbed, the police may be called, and fines may be assessed. Report Damages: Please inform us immediately of any damages that occur during your stay. Dishes & Cleanup: Before checkout, load used dishes, pots, and pans into the dishwasher. TRASH DISPOSAL Trash Management: Place all trash in the designated bin located in the carport. There is no recycling on the island, so treat all waste as trash. GENERAL GUIDELINES Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. No Commercial Use: Photography or videography for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior approval. Lock Up: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving. Other Things to Note: • Our property is located on unique terrain that may not be suitable for young children. • We also ask that the number of guests matches your reservation. If you arrive with more guests than originally booked, please notify the host immediately. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse check-in.
