We are very disappointed with this review. The person who booked changed their minds last minute so we refunded a nights accommodation charge when we did not need to. They then increased the number of people staying which we did not charge extra for. .They then requested to stay the night we had refunded however we have booked it to someone else so could not accommodate their request. They had contacted us 5 times before the booking and then they did not contact us when they claimed the house was not tidy to give us an opportunity to get a person around to clean. They left the house in a complete mess and very dirty! We clearly state to contact us if there are any issues which she claims there was however she did not bother to contact us

Hi This review is disappointing We clearly state no cleaner is provided so we can keep costs down Our nightly rate for 4 people is the cheapest for any Bach in South Bay The reviewer only stayed 1 night so I am confused by the level of cleaning comment as surely they did not create that much mess to clean up?
