Glad you enjoyed the hotel - other than breakfast.We are deliberately aiming to provide our in-house guests with a simple, delicious, great value breakfast. It is only 20 per person, afterall.Yes, we have had ala carte and wider selection breakfasts over the years - which in turn doubles, triples the per head price as well as staff requirement.This season we made a very conscious choice to put together a delicious, simple breakfast - one that lets staff interact with guests - not a canteen style.Thought you might appreciate knowing the back-story of breakfast.Oh and fyi, our eggs are soft-boiled as standard - you need to avoid the ones with an H on it if you didn't want hard boiled.Happy travels :)

Hi Leslie...On the subject of our bathroom products... Ashley & Co (that you must agree is totally fabulous)... have a philosophy of combining hair and body into one product - which is why we chose the Gone Green hand and body product instead. Sorry you didn't spot that, it was on the basin.As for the linen - unacceptable on two counts. 1. We have our linen commercially laundered and 2. Our housekeeping staff should have rejected any item with any staining.Appreciate the heads up... will use this to illustrate the important issue.Beds are super comfy... I know!Travel safe & happy
