"I got a flat tire while going from the inn to north rim. We returned to the inn again. The receptionist lady who was also a mechanic helped with all the details of my car and also provided auto repair shop to go. I'm very grateful with the help provided. I recommend everyone to stay or have food over there which was great too. The staff is very helpful for any help you need. Thanks a lot for great service."

"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "
