"Loved this place, was very quiet and relaxing with the nice swimming area ( river ) for the kids . Lovely Hosts . The accommodation was nice , I stayed in the one bedroom cottage , it had everything we needed . Will definitely go back and I would recommend this place to friends and family . Older style accommodation but cosy and well equipped 👌. "

"Beautiful location, house had everything we needed. The fire place is such a bonus and though the house was warm and cosy with out it.The drive way is a little scary but with confidence and caution can be managed. Other than that our stay was perfect.The view is amazing in any weather, rain or sun shine.Thanks for having us and help make our holiday great."

"My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. "

"From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well "

The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. It had discolored water and floating empty alcohol cans. The spa pool was damaged...

The advertising of the property suggests it is a 4-bedroom house, it is actually a 3-bedroom house with a separate unit on the section that is not attached to the main house. The unit is fully equipped for 2 people. The parking was difficult to get into with a large car. The kitchen has minimal equipment, 4 forks, 5 knives, 6 cups, when the property sleeps 8."

"Beautiful three story house with everything you need. Amazing sea views and walk to the beach where we caught snapper off the rocks. Great facilities and beautiful garden, loved bbqs on the deck with outdoor heater. Bedrooms and bathrooms spacious and beautifully presented. Booking process and stay was seemless, thank you."

"The place is quite easy to find. We met Pete up the driveway to the house. We found him very obliging, friendly and informative, great person. The property was even better than we imagined. the house was very clean, spacious, well furnished, all the amenities you could possibly need and amazing views. We absolutely loved our stay and it felt really homely. We didn't really want to leave and will recommend to other friends of ours."

"The small apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was beautiful. Overlooking the Firth and in a rural.setting. we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the later afternoon sun. It is about a 10 minute drive from Thames and was for the himes we did on the Coromandel"
