"This hotel is great! We stayed here over Songhkran and the staff really involved us in the celebrating. The staff was generally so service minded and joyful. Our kids of 9 and 12 loved the water park and the family room close to the beach was newly renovated. Everything was 10/10 except maybe the food which could have been better.
