The staff were great, but the room had a few issues: the door hiding the fridge gets really stuck on the carpet and was hard to open, the alarm clock in the room had dead batteries, and despite being advertised as soundproof I could follow conversations in the next room. Booked twin standard room. Staff very helpful, at Checking in & was easy . Room spotless. We dined at Pickels Perch , lovely lady who served us , food delicious. Will book again in future
