Fabulous accommodation with breathtaking views on the North Shore of Oahu. We loved villa 307! It was a spacious 3 bedroom apartment so that parents had their own wing, teenagers had their own bedrooms and bathroom and we all shared a large kitchen, lounge and dining room. Beautiful views from the balcony. We loved walking the beach every morning for coffee at the Ritz Carlton and then back to the Ritz for sunset cocktails :) We played golf, tennis, pickleball, took surfing lessons and rode horses along the beach. But mostly we loved just lying by the pool at the villas or on the beach in front of our apartment. The gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments, although dated, are spacious and well stocked. There are plenty of food options nearby and a grocery store if you prefer to cook in the aparment or on the outdoor BBQ. We would definitely recommend and hope to return here one day.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway at Kawela Bay

Our stay at Kawela Bay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The large windows and doors let in so much natural light and gave us gorgeous views of the palm trees and ocean. It felt like our own private paradise. Getting into the property was a breeze, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. We loved relaxing in the cozy living room, enjoying the ocean breeze from the deck, and having easy access to the beach. This place truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful location

Our family stayed in the villa for 5 nights. Turtle Bay itself is beautiful and the villa was more than enough for our group of six. We had a wonderful time and were sad to leave. Already considering when we may return.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at the Turtle Bay Villas. It was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach was so close, the water was pretty calm and warm while we there at the beginning of September. Great communication whenever we had any questions. We enjoyed being able to walk to over to the Turtle Bay Resort and dine at their wonderful restaurants. We highly recommend!

North Shore Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Villas. The villa was clean, nicely maintained and very comfortable (and toddler friendly!) You can’t beat the location at Turtle Bay, with ocean/beach and pool views from the spacious lanai. Less than a minute walk to either the pool area or the beach, we loved having the water so close by. Other highlights include the large master bedroom and bathroom, updated interior and washer/dryer. We would happily return!

Family getaway

Perfect location and beautiful accommodations. Not only the unit itself but the grounds were extremely clean and well kept. On-site security was very helpful and always present ensuring a peaceful vacation. Management was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this unit.

Turtle Bay Getaway

This was a perfect location and property for a much-needed vacation. We loved the outdoor setting (ocean view, pool, sunrises and sunsets) and the perfectly appointed condo had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable, stress-free vacation. We hope to visit again someday!

Beautiful Location in Paradise

Turtle Bay Villas is the perfect place for a family or large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and ample-sized, and the kitchen and living areas are well-appointed for cooking and lounging. The location is ideal: right on the beach, beautiful views, remote enough to feel like you've escaped, but with restaurant options close by. Grocery stores and amazing shrimp trucks about 10 minutes away. The beaches are secluded, clean and not crowded, and the pool area is spacious. The local trade winds keep the weather comfortable, even in the middle of summer. The villas are right next to the large Turtle Bay Resort, but you don't feel like you are in a "big resort". Highly recommend Turtle Bay Villas for a delightful vacation in paradise!

We love to stay at the North Shore

We have stayed many times in these villas prior to release of ownership of them from turtle Bay. The villas are still very nice and comfortable we have noticed a decline however in their upkeep and noticing that the fixtures and furniture are needing some maintenance or replacements overall it was a wonderful stay great communication and quick response time. Would definitely stay there again as we feel it is the best price for the experience we want on the North Shore at turtle Bay area. Mahalo

Several appliances were in need of repair (Oven control panel). Dishwasher was impossible to figure out how to run. Unit itself was clean, well furnished, beautiful view - I would definitely go there again.

Making Memories

Our family staycation at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay (Unit 307) was one that we shall cherish. From the beginning of the reservation process to checking out, the experience was positive and seamless. Jennifer Williams from the Elite Pacific Vacations team was friendly, welcoming and always answered all of my questions promptly. Elite Pacific's multiple communication messages were clear and timely, and provided all the information required to ensure our stay went smoothly. We enjoyed staying on the third floor for more privacy and an impeccable view from the spacious lanai. My family and I hope to make this an annual tradition where we can continue to make more memories as a family. During this time of reflection and gratitude, our stay at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay will definitely be one of the highlights of 2021!

Awesome place.

Impeccably clean. Outrageous luxury. Best place on the north shore to stay hands down. Jennifer the property manager was extremely helpful and made checking in and out a breeze. My father lost his hearing aids and she was able to find them after we checked out and mailed them to the mainland. Could not of been more satisfied. I will be back.
