Great place in the North Shore
Excellent location close to the resort where my conference was. The condo was comfortable and equipped with everything we would need. Air conditioning worked well the few days we wanted it. Comfortable bed. Nice little home in Kahuku!!

Great stay & great location!
We had a great stay at Wendy’s property! The condo was just what we needed and in a great location. We could walk to turtle bay and the beach in less than 10 minutes. Short drive to Haleiwa, Kualoa Ranch, Kuilima Farm, Bonzai Pipeline, the PCC and so much more! Would recommend this location for anyone wanting to stay in the North shore, and specifically Turtle bay, without the $$$ price tag. We can’t wait to come back!

Oahu stay May 2023
The condo was exactly as described and Wendy was easy to communicate with. Her instructions could not have been clearer and she reached out before and during our stay to make sure that all was well. The unit is spacious and included a screened in lanai which is a great place to have a meal. The condo development is beautiful and quiet, and within a few minutes walk of Turtle Bay Resort which has public beach access. Other wonderful beaches are a short drive away. We highly recommend a stay here. Thanks again for everything Wendy!

First time to oahu
Loved the location in the middle of north shore with an easy drive anywhere. Comfy beds including pull out coach. Beautiful location..safe, secure, and quiet. Just steps to tennis, pickleball, and pool!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir waren eine Woche im April hier und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Turtle Bay Resort, wohin wir abends gerne auf ein Bier gegangen sind. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge die West-oder Ostküste entlang perfekt gelegen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Excellent Accommodations
The condo is exactly as is described, the location is great with access to tennis courts and swimming pools. Just a short drive to Ted’s Bakery and Haleiwa. Clean, safe and accommodating, and is a very attentive host and is quick to respond to any needs. It is a great place to stay.

Quiet North Shore condo, centrally located.
Nice condo in the Turtle Bay resort area, in the middle of the north shore. The owner provides many nice touches like some snorkeling gear and is very helpful checking in and out. We will stay here next time.

Great stay
Had a fantastic time staying at this location. Wendy (owner) was fantastic and had great and clear communication. We wanted to stay on the north side of the island to stay away from the touristy area and this place was exactly that. Also about a 10 minute walk to the beaches of Turtle Bay. Would stay again.

Great Affordable Spot In Turtle Bay
Friends had booked a stay at Turtle Bay Resort however the resort was a bit pricey for some other folks in our group. Instead we found rentals in the condo development next door so we could all still be together. Wendy’s place was clean upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear that was available. The property is a 10 minute walk to turtle bay beach. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Property
We had a great stay at this condo. VERY clean and was exactly as described. Location was great and beach access by Turtle Bay was nice. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and boards while we were visiting and it helped so much. The one and only downfall was that the upstairs condo was SUPER loud. Kids running back and forth constantly from early morning 5:45am ish till about 9:00pm. Yelling and running around or jumping very loudly. Usually we wouldn’t care as we ourselves have two children but this was over the top noise. We never reported it to host as maybe that would have helped. This was literally the only issue we had so I’d say the condo was a win!

I am so sorry to hear of the excessive noise. Yes if you had reached out to me I believe we could have gotten the vacationers to quiet down. Security would have ingaged with them above and the noise issue would have been resolved. It's unfortunate because as a vacationer and me as an owner can not control who another owner/ vacationer will be like. I want you to know the owner is well aware of the excessive noise you experienced and was apologetic. I am glad all else was sufficient and you enjoyed. Sincerely, Wendy

The place was perfect for our needs. It was incredibly well stocked with kitchen appliances, gadgets, and dinnerware, had plenty of beach accessories available, and felt safe since it is a gated community. It was everything we wanted for our trip. Wendy was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. I highly recommend it.

Excellent property in our favourite part of Oahu
We had a terrific stay. My kids 3 and 8 slept in the living room on the sofa bed and the master bedroom was very spacious. The place was fully stocked with beach gear, beach chairs and a nice umbrella. We ate all our meals on the lanai and being so close to Turtle Bay and the beautiful beaches of the North Shore make it such a great spot. We hope to visit again. Thanks!!

Away from the Hassel and bussel
The property was exactly as described. Although we had 4 adults which was difficult because less face it there are no pull out couches that are comfortable. Location was nice away from the business of the island. Even with the surf competition just down the road it was still easy travel. Wendy and Bill were very easy to work with and counicate with. Check in process was easy. I would recommend!

Perfect Stay
From the very beginning to the very end, our stay was perfect. The condo was nicer than I thought it would be. Every question or changes I needed, Wendy took care of and would get back to me immediately. The location was perfect, too. It was walking distance to the resort where our youngest son got married. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, better place to stay. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen to a washer and dryer and the porch was lovely to sit out on and have our meals or just read. I will definitely stay here again when we come this way again!

A gem near Turtle bay
We had amazing experience at this property. The place is clean and well maintained, very close (walking 7min) to Turtle bay. At night it was quiet and peaceful. Overall was a very nice experience. Highly recommend.

This rental is exactly as advertised. Great central location, clean, and the owner is very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The beach toys, snorkels, and towels were great to have. If you don’t mind not being right on the beach, I recommend!!

Lovely condo close to beach
Lovely condo close to the beach and pool. Wendy answered all my questions about the resort and what was open prior to our trip and sent all the communication about getting inside and how to use the pool. We loved the lanai and the condo is stocked with beach chairs, snorkels, and boogie boards. The turtle bay resort is gorgeous and the beach area is perfect for kids. We loved the location and being somewhat removed from the crowds. Wendy was flexible when we needed to extend our trip because of flight changes and mailed my daughters swimsuit we left behind. Thank you again we had a great time!

Great location
Location is great! Beach is a bit of a walk but helps that you don't have to figure out parking and that they had beach gear to use! Room could use some paint touch ups and a little updating but was clean and a nice location which is important. Enjoyed Waimea Bay and Shark's Cove nearby. Rainbow shave ice and Banzai Bowls were close by and both are delicious. Food trucks in North Shore and Old Haleiwa were great. Recommend Big Wave Shrimp and Surf Salsa.

So Workable
Wendy is one of the most amazing hosts ever. We had a sudden death in our family and she was so accommodating when we had to cut our trip short. She also checked upon us when she found out that we had experience more than normal rain conditions. She is really an amazing host and the condo was great for what we needed it for.

Very comfortable condo
Condo was definitely as advertised. Well equipped and comfortable. Good location. Wendy was so responsive to solve a problem. Gave us multiple options and we were able make the choice that worked best for our vacation. Very thoughtful! Only condo we have ever stayed in at Kuilima that did not have an ant, cockroach or gecko indoors! We would definitely return!

Nice location for Turtle Bay
This condo has everything you need to be able to enjoy the beach at Turtle Bay. Only 5 mins walk to the beach, and to get coffee or go for a nice meal. Car needed to explore the area, but there is a bus stop a minute away, so you can get to other beaches, Waimea Valley, Haleiwa, and the supermarket. The owner was lovely to deal with and was always friendly and quick to respond.

We enjoyed our quiet stay in this clean, comfortable home.
Everything is thoughtfully provided from the kitchen to the beach chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment. The sleep-sofa and bed are comfortable. We found it a perfect quiet get away with lots to do on site.

Wonderful vacation. North shore is where it's at!
Whether you love to golf or not this is the perfect getaway. This Condo was clean and tastefully decorated with a wonderful assortment of beach accessories! For those busy days you're not up to cooking, Lei Lei's, as usual, is a wonderful option and never disappoints. Turtle Bay Is within a short walk to use all the beach toys. As we were there primarily for golf we didn't take advantage of the tennis courts or pools that were available for use but the facilities looked fantastic! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything Wendy or rather mahalo!

A great get away!
You could provide more information, we didn't find the pool until our last day and then we found that the pool key was useless as it required a code!

Thank you for letting me know. I had reached out to you direct via email with this code to the Pool , because your sister said you were traveling. Maybe the email went to your junk email. I didn't hear back from you so I forwarded all the information to your sister. This included the pool gate code and my personal contact number. Also all the information is on the hospitality page which VRBO sends an invite to every guest . Sorry you missed it. I tried very hard to be sure you had the information. I am very sorry you didn't find the pool right away. It is close to the condo.

Perfect for a family vacation
We stayed at the Barnfields home for 10 days with our kids (6 & 4 years old). The condo was clean & very well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils & appliances. The washer & dryer were invaluable during our stay too! While the short walk to the Kuilima beach next to the Turtle Bay resort is under 10min we ended up driving because of the kids being slow & having all our beach gear in tow. We were always able to find parking in the designated public parking spaces. That beach was perfect for the kids! There are also miles of trails along the coast line on either side of the resort that are perfect for morning runs & exploring with the kids. We took advantage of all the yummy food trucks close by which made life easy! Even though we were there for over a week we still didn't have the chance to check out the Polynesian Culural Center or take a tour of the Dole plantation. The pool being right outside the condo door & the beach so close kept us plenty entertained!
