We had a wonderful stay at this Turtle Bay condominium, and the location truly can’t be beat. Waking up to the ocean breeze and being just steps from the beach made it feel like a true Hawaiian escape. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and easy access to walking trails, dining, and the resort amenities. This is a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and experience the best of the North Shore.

Not only was the location of the condo excellent, we were provided with detailed instructions and information on the condo and surrounding amenities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will likely be staying at this place again in the future.

Excellent place to stay. A few minor issues, but the property management company was great to work with, and quickly made things right.The view is amazing and the condo was very clean, with quick, easy access to the Ritz Carlton restaurants and amenities.The layout of the condo was very spacious, making it a comfortable place for all 6 of us to hangout during the day.The locker associated with condo is stocked full of anything you might need to visit the property beach, or any other beaches in the area.We will definitely stay here again

Awesome location with state of art facilities and cleanliness even better than depicted. The only down part was the size and location of the pool which would have been better if it had better views and a larger size. It was also easy to take part in many of the activities and excursions Ritz Carlton had to offer. We loved it so much more than Ko ‘Olina we stayed earlier in our vacation.

We very much enjoyed our first stay in Oahu! The condo we well equipped and vert comfortable. The proximity to the beach was great. A few steps and our feet were in the sand. We had a little problem with the a/c and it was taken care of immediately. I will definitely come back again!

Great family vacation spot

Very nice location on the beach which was good for swimming and some snorkeling. Villa was nicely furnished, very clean and well stocked kitchen. Handy to be so close to the resort and lots of fun beaches, towns on the North Shore. Manager was 100% responsive and helpful.

Great place!

Perfect setting for adults. Lots of fun stuff for the kids to play with in the locker. The beach was super safe for kids. Very comfortable for our family of 7. All appliances worked perfectly. The restaurant and bar had a great vibe. My family surfed on the left side of the resort and had a ball. Security was awesome!

Amazing North Shore Villa!!!!

Where do I start? First of all, I had the best customer service from Gina, Kimberly and Lea prior to arrival. Communication was so prompt and friendly, I seriously thought I might want to ask for a job so I could work with them! Mahalo! From the moment we opened the door (easy to follow instructions for parking and entry), it was WOW this and WOW that! I think this might be the BEST unit on the entire Ocean Villas property! Fabulous Turtle Bay view, beautiful kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fabulous patio with easy access to beach and pool (which was never crowded, lounge chairs always available)! We celebrated our 60ths with our two adult kids and their significants, who by the way, want to reserve this very same unit when they come back with their friends! We woke up daily with coffee on the patio, a little informal exercise on the lawn, breakfasts made in our gourmet kitchen, a daily hike, then a full day of beach>pool>beach>pool>rinse>repeat! We had cocktails & 2 dinners at resort next door, a few trips to food trucks (you must try Ry's Poke!), and the rest of the time we ate from our well-stocked kitchen with easy in/out throughout the day. We did need to call the on-site property manager once, but it was not an emergency, and we got a prompt response. It was easy to find Hagen's number within the detailed instructions we received prior to trip and he could not have been nicer! Everything was PERFECTION! A hui hou kākou!

Celebration and Family Reunion

Experience was even more than we anticipated! Our villa(s) was preferred by all ages in our large group - even over the two resort hotels we stayed at before and after the villas. A bit of paradise

Highlight of our trip

We loved everything about this stay. Villa 103 was the perfect location…just steps away from the beach, pool, Roy’s beach house and the resort next door which was fun to walk through. We could not have chosen a better place. The locker with beach gear was convenient, kitchen was equipped and the primary suite was roomy and luxurious. Highly recommend staying here.
