We appreciated the electronic door lock, the beach chairs, cooler and ice packs, and the convenience of two bathrooms. Overall our stay was fine. Four star ratings due to maintenance issues with paint, flooring, ceiling fan and maybe a detailed deep cleaning. For us, bed was too firm.

The place was very clean, host was very easily accessible, pool is right across the street, beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Host has beach towels and all sorts of beach and pool stuff. Highly recommend this place!

Nice unit, clean and comfortable. Didn't really understand how to get into the gate so walked in first time to get the fob (share the code with visitors maybe). LOVE the keyless entry, Murphy bed a plus, kitchen was well appointed, internet worked great, a/c units worked and clear visitor instructions were posted inside the unit. The washer/dryer was the biggest disappointment as they did not work well so we didn't use it as much as we would've liked. Also the remotes were fussy, maybe they need fresh batteries (but none were found in the unit). Furnishings were dated, but overall cleanliness made up for that. Overall a great property and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Punahele Hale. The beds, linens, pillows were high quality (very important) and overall decor very pleasant. The Murphy bed was a brilliant idea for providing a second sleeping space. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need. A starter pack of coffee would have been a nice addition since we came straight from the airport and arrived too late to venture out to the market. By far having access to the Ritz was a huge bonus. Walking down for a coffee drink and light breakfast was . The view there is outstanding. We enjoyed hanging out on the beach beside the Ritz. Being able to rent chairs and umbrella and having the beachside restaurant was a plus. It would have been excellent if we were able to have beachside food and drink service (like Ritz guests are able). I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again.

Good:Good communication with the manager even though we arrived later in the evening.Good price for the location.Short walk to the beach and good base for exploring the area.Nice having access to one of the cleanest pools I've ever seen.Lots of room.Slightly less good:Nice to have air conditioning even if it was a little loud.Short on a TP and dish towels for a family of four but overall well-stocked, including beach towels & gear, lots more things you might have forgotten.A little hard to find the first time in the dark.

Amazing Hale!

This was such a nice place. No mold, clean, spacious. Beautiful view in the back yard. Tons of kitchen stuff for cooking. Seems like they thought of everything! Beach chairs, boogie, boards, and snorkels to use! The AC was so nice! My family stayed in two other places and they were all jealous of ours. Location is so close to Turtle Bay. Also quiet. No noise above us. We hope to be back!

Beyond expectations

This property was perfect. We loved how comfortable it felt as soon as we got there. The two of us cooked breakfast and dinner dinners most days with the freshest fish and fruits. The area has to offer. The proximity to the best beaches and surf spots in the world is amazing. Plus the amazing hikes near Pupukea and Kahuku should not be missed.

Great condo conveniently located near turtle bay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, and the assigned parking space was convenient. It was easy to drive 2 min to turtle bay, which had plenty of beach access parking, good snorkeling, and a protected cove with calm enough waters (in the summer) for my 1 year old to play. We would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Turtle Bay

Nice and clean condo in a great spot. Great WIFI and fully equipped with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and Turtle Bay resort. Bitsy was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

Great landing spot for our little family

We enjoyed this condo while on O’ahu for 1 week. We loved the short and beautiful walk to the beach. We appreciated having a Murphy bed with a real mattress in stead of only having a pull out sofa bed (while this condo does offer both). We did try to sweep and only found a broom, no dust pan. Overall, such an easy stay with all our needs met.

Wonderful place!

Turtle Bay is one of our favorite vacation spots and this condo is a gem! Clean, well supplied and a manager that goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is relaxing and seamless. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Lovey comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this homey comfortable condo. The unit has everything to have an easy stay with kitchen and two bathrms and laundry. Very close to beautiful heated pool and golf course across the street. Wonderful swimmable beach and several restaurants option part of Turtle Bay community. We would return for quieter non touristy vibe .
