The spacious interior sleeps four (4) guests with one (1) king bed and one (1) sleeper sofa. You are provided one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking should you have visitors. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare on-site meals, washer/dryer for laundry, ceiling fans in all living spaces and air conditioning should you need to cool down after a long day at the beach.

Guests have the option to stay within the gated Kuilima Estates East complex and enjoy the community pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. Or located just a short stroll away, The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay a selection of dining options, day spa services, helicopter tours, horseback riding, surfing lessons and world-class golf with two (2) exceptional 18-hole courses: Arnold Palmer and George Fazio.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
