Love the North Shore and this condo at Turtle Bay is a great location. Close to amazing beaches and food truck areas. The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family.

Love north shore

This condo is spotless and modern. We loved our stay. The pools were a favorate of my kids and we all enjoyed the beach. There was a cooler, beach chairs, snorkles, boogie boards. Anything you would for exploring the area

Best condo at Kuilima!

This condo is the best we’ve stayed at in Kuilima. Clean, modern, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. We’ve stayed at about 8 condos at Kuilima in years past and this is our favorite. Definitely will stay here again. Only thing is I wished they had more pillows.

Great Condo!

We had a great time in this condo. With all the extra recreational items we took advantage of those. Loved how stocked it was. Our company comes there every year and if we stay at this island next year will definetly stay in this condo again. Great communication as well! Perfect with the murphy bed for our two kids. Definetly recommend!

Modern condo in great location on the north shore

We loved our stay, the condo was well equipped, clean and the location was perfect for us to explore the north shore and east coast of Oahu. Its an easy walk to Turtle Bay.

Beautiful Location! Great Owner!

With everything happening in the world Covid-19, during our stay...we had an amazing stay. The location allowed us plenty of privacy and space. Beaches weren't crowded, and local food trucks had amazing food at a very reasonable price. Now to the owner. Our plans changed 3 different times due to the airlines. He worked with us and allowed for flexibility to accommodate the changes. He was pleasant, understanding and offered great communication throughout the duration of our stay. The combination of a beautiful location and a fantastic owner makes this the perfect location. This an annual trip for us, this will definitely be the place we stay.

Short on space

We have stayed in various units at turtle Bay for the past 8 years. We found that this unit didn't have the storage space that would have made our stay better. No place to put our suitcases. Locked cabinets in kitchen, hall closet, under bed full of stuff, master closet had a big trunk taking up all of floor space. Very limited condiments. I understand that it's a "bring your own" but we're accustomed to having a better supplied kitchen. Not only spices but cooking utensils. We had to clean some of the utensils prior to use. We liked the location of the unit and the air-conditioning. Other posts mentioned the children upstairs. We only noticed them at bedtime and when it was time to get up. The pitter patter of a little kid running to bed or to breakfast isn't an issue at all. We actually kind of liked it. We always knew when it was 9:00 pm.

Definitely would book here again

I've stayed at alotta different Kulima condos and this has been the best so far. 2 ac units in the bedroom n living room, big comfy bed, ans there was even soap (dish and body) available. Next time I book, I'd love to stay there again.

Nice condo.

Well maintained condo on a nice property. Easy access to north shore activities. AC worked well but is only in bedroom. Sofa bed not comfortable as mattress too thin. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. Did helicopter ride from the resort and that was outstanding!

The place was nice and clean.

We had a staycation, we live on Oahu and had a great time at Turtle Bay, place was renovated and enjoyed our stay everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out, the pool was close by the condo and tennis courts good condition residents were nice and friendly. Only small problem was lots of people in the upstairs unit. I would stay there again.

Just a little rough around the edges but newly remodeled kitchen was nice!

3 stars because I travel the world and I’m a tough critic. Positives first: This condo was very clean! Some parts recently remodeled, mainly kitchen and vanity area in bathroom, were done nicely. Towels were clean and fresh and plenty for the two of us. The pantry in the kitchen holds all the beach and pool needs you might have. That was great! All small appliances we used, the electric frying pan, toaster, and the bullet for smoothies worked perfectly. Plenty of nice dishes too. The bed was firm, very comfortable and furnished well. Plenty of hanging space for clothes and even some hangers and six large drawers. Loved that the laundry was available with detergent on hand! The decor was kept as light as possible throughout the condo because it is kind of dark. I am a sunlight girl so it was a negative. Other negatives for me is that it still needs some updo, mainly the bathtub fixtures. They are old and detract from the other nice redo that has been done. But they worked just fine. The condo is not pristine there are rust issues on outside furniture and inside lights but it’s super clean as I said before and decorated nice. FYI- (and you Douglas) I had one issue with a neighbor leaning over near the bedroom window air conditioner? while I was “dressing” freaking me out. The drapes don’t cover from end to end and needs a third panel. Living room are better. With that info, be aware the only AC is near the floor in the wall of the bedroom. To cool the rest of the condo you push the air with a fan. It does not have central air. The current fan system does work but bedroom is always colder. (Good for sleeping though) There are no movies available, nor a DVD player that I could see. In summary, the location is great and the complex, though older, is well maintained and quiet. You can walk to Turtle Bay Resort for brunch which we did. The pool is just steps away from the condo and was clean and refreshing, when it’s open. Would I stay there again? No. It was just too dark for my taste but all worked well for a base station for our 8 night stay.

Not Home Away From Home

My wife and I stayed at this condo for three days. Although the kitchen was upgraded and new the rest of the condo was dated and could have used a good cleaning. The drapes and windows had dark cob webs in the corners and the sills were dirty. The floor was gritty. There was one A/C in the condo and it was in the bedroom. When we turned it on it smelled like a swamp. When we looked closely we could see that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. It continued to smell the whole time we ran it. This may be because there is no air circulation around it. There are large plants blocking the front sliding door and they cover the A/C. My wife is asthmatic and sensitive to mold and mildew. The first night she was okay but by the second night we were thinking it was time to move to a hotel. Instead we drug the mattress to the living room and slept away from the room without A/C running. The bathroom was old and dated and the shower curtain needed cleaned. Don't let the pictures in the add deceive you. It's not as sleek and beautiful as it appears.

Lovely condo on the North Shore!

We stayed here for our honeymoon in December, and absolutely loved it! It was extremely clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The owner includes amenities for at least a few days (ours lasted the entire week), as well as a huge variety of beach equipment. The AC and fans worked great, as did the washer and dryer. The neighbors were very friendly, and everyone we met along the way was as well. It was really nice to be close to Turtle Bay Resort for activities/meals, but also have the freedom to leave the resort and venture out into the neighboring towns. We will definitely come back to this condo the next time we're on the North Shore!
