I hate to be the person to leave a bad review, that isn’t in my nature, but I think people should know before booking that the home has mold. We arrived and turned on the ac and proceeded to find an abundance of mold in multiple units. Pictures sent to VRBO’s health and safety unit as well as third party contractors/ac experts confirmed it was indeed unsafe. Anyone educated in mold knows that this isn’t the kind of thing that can just be wiped away and hidden without the proper protocol. It needs to be mitigated and taken care of the right way for the safety of others. After looking at their other property reviews I see another one of their homes had the same problem. I would also note they do not have an actual pack n play, it was a bassinet and that would have put us in a real bind had we have not left because of the mold.

Fantastic property. Beautiful beach front setting. Communication with host was seamless. Convenient to multiple North Shore beaches. Property amenities were satisfactory to our family needs (6 total). One thing to be aware of is that the living room is furnished with outdoor/deck furniture (functional, just not comfortable) rather than traditional indoor pieces. The property could benefit from additional bureaus or dressers for clothing storage. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had the most incredible time! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning sunsets and direct access to the ocean. It’s such a peaceful and relaxing spot, truly perfect for unwinding. The house itself was wonderful, clean, and comfortable.A few small improvements would make it even better: a gas grill and a small beach cooler. But honestly, those were tiny details compared to how perfect the stay was overall. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back. Highly recommend this beautiful, AMAZING, beachfront home!

Wir können die extrem positiven Kommentare der Gäste nicht nachvollziehen.Wir waren 10 Tage auf Big Island in einem extrem schönen Haus. Dann wechselten wir nach Oahu, Kawela Kai Naini 493. Absturz von 5 Sterne auf Hostelnivieau. Auf Big Island erwartete uns ein Willkomenspaket mit Kaffee, Nüssen, Schokolade, etc. Das Haus war angenehm heruntergekühlt und der Grill war sauber und sofort einsatzbereit. Hier, auf Oahu, kamen wir in ein vollkommen überhitztes Haus, ein Mappe lag auf dem Tisch. Das war es. Nach der Anreise musste ich Holzkohle besorgen, da der Grill, der in einen extrem schlechten und ungereinigtem Zustand war, über keinen Kohlenvorrat verfügte. Im Haus befand sich eine mobile Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator für das gesamte Obergeschoss, ein Ventilator befand sich im Erdgeschoss. Je eine kleine Fensterklimaanlage ( schon lange keine Wartung erhalten und stanken ekelig) in den Schlafräumen im Erdgeschoss. Wir schliefen im Obergeschoss bei über 30 Grad, da diese MickeyMaus-Klimaanlagen es nicht vermochten das Haus zu kühlen. Die Waschmaschine roch schimmelig. Es befanden sich in der Küche 2 Pfannen, von denen keine, ohne gesundheitliche Schäden davongetragen, genutzt werden konnten. Tiefe Kratzer in der Beschichtung.Eine einfache Schere war nicht vorhanden, ebenso kein Salz (jodiertes Salz war vorhanden, darf aber nicht jeder konsumieten). Eine Email an das Vermieterteam blieb bis heute unbeantwortet.Alles in allem das schlimmste Haus in dem wir je waren.

Loved it. The view is incredible. We love the north shore and can’t wait to be back. House was as advertised. Property manager was great, had a problem with the tv when we arrived and she was there the next day taking care of it.

North Shore Reunion

Easy to find, check in easy, beds comfy. Having a nice backyard lawn was fun and we did bbq. The couch in the house is outdoor furniture not comfy. It also can use some containers for left overs. A/C worked great. The view is priceless. To get to the water/beach you do have to go down about 10 stair steps FYI. Beach right there is not a swimming beach but nice if you have small children. You can walk a short distance to be able to get in. We were here in February so bigger waves. Its a beautiful house

Such an amazing North Shore home away from home! Could not have been more perfect! Very well appointed house on the water. Epic waves and sunsets! Traffic on the North Shore was the only downside of our visit. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Plenty of room for a large family or couples. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

Very beautiful ocean view and a daily chicken parade!

The view was spectacular! Nothing more relaxing than sitting in the back deck and taking in the waves. It also was 5 minutes away from The Ritz, which has a nice beach for swimming. We also loved the parade of chickens that would come through the backyard in the morning!

Perfectly beautiful

The view was amazing, the privacy fantastic. The beach is not one you swim in but those are very nearby. The house itself is comfortable thought the A/C upstairs is lacking. Thankfully my kids didn’t mind too much. Absolutely recommend this property
