Cynthia’s place is amazing!! Walking in to the most beautiful view was what we all remember the most! As a family of five with three adult kids, the place was perfect for us! It was perfectly clean, very comfortable and we never wanted to leave! Cynthia was very responsive and helpful! Our whole experience there was amazing - and it was the best part of our trip! We haven’t stopped talking about Cynthia’s place!

Absolutely amazing condo!!

I booked this condo for my family of 6 ages 7, 12, 16, 40, and 43; I’m 66. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to spread out and live very comfortably for a week in paradise!! The penthouse condo was clean and beautifully arranged and decorated. But…THE VIEW from our lanai was breathtaking. The moment we opened the door to the lanai, we looked at the panoramic view of the multiple blue waters of the ocean and then looked at each other with smiles from ear to ear! We knew we made the right decision to book this condo. The huge kitchen, dining area, and living area were just perfect for us. The washer and dryer was so convenient for all of us, a great touch to the condo! We watched whales and turtles from the lanai, the beach, and from the pool! The property is centrally located on the island; every event we attended on the island was within 11 minutes. Captain Jack’s restaurant is located on the property beside the pool with a view of the ocean; the food is delicious and the staff is so friendly and full of information about Maui! The grounds were clean and well manicured, and the very friendly groundskeepers were constantly tending to the property upkeep. Parking was ample. A small convenience store, McDonalds, a sushi restaurant, a coffee shop, souvenir shops, among other shops and eateries are all within a 5-minute walk. Our host Cindy was great!! We all agreed that the condo was an A1 choice! We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip to Maui! Mahalo!!

Family group of 6 and we really enjoyed the space! So much natural light and a view of the ocean at every turn. Beautiful breezes off the water and the sounds of waves crashing lulled us to sleep. We were even able to watch whales and turtles from the balcony!The condo was clean and spacious with everything you would need to make meals or hang by the pool or beach…which were right downstairs. So convenient!Cynthia was always available if we had and questions and provided a huge list of suggestions for restaurants and excursions which we followed and were never disappointed.We would most definitely stay here again!!

What a GREAT Place!

WOW. This was one of the BEST places we have stayed in. It was immaculate, well stocked and beautiful. Cynthia made sure we knew we could contact her for anything, but we never needed to. It was better than described. It was on the water! I would 100% recommend staying. In general, the Sands of Kahana was a very nice complex. Having a rental shop on site was so easy! But this apartment was AMAZING!

Best rental we’ve ever had!

The condo is exactly as advertised. We just stayed here for 10 days in August 2024. The place was impeccably clean. Contact with the owner was as easy as it gets from the rental terms, to checking in to checking out. I felt at home here and would recommend this unit to anyone needing a spacious place with a great view while visiting Maui. I would rent from Cynthia 100 times out of 100.

Awesome Property

This condo exceeded all our expectations. First was the VIEW, which was gorgeous!!! The second were the extremely comfortable beds and bedrooms, large well equipped kitchen and living room. Third was the awesome location which was an easy commute to everywhere we wanted to go. We hated to leave and would love to stay here the next time we're in Maui!!

Breathtakingly gorgeous ocean views

The description and pictures did not adequately show the breathtaking ocean views that met us as we stepped in this large condo. It exceeded our needs, and even our wants. It was a beautifully decorated condo. We fell asleep listening to the ocean. We enjoyed the skylights in our spacious bedroom off the living room. Does it get any better? I don’t think so. Cynthia had this condo stocked with ocean chairs, boogie boards, games, and more. All one might need for a day at the beach. With 8 people staying here, we did use the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. She thought of everything. The appliances were great. I made this reservation last February and Cynthia was quick, professional, and very helpful as we were getting mixed signals as whether or not we needed to cancel because of the devastating wildfire. Communication was excellent all the way even when we contacted her during our stay about a small problem. She responded quickly and kindly. It was taken care of. The Sands of Kahana is a wonderful resort and Cynthia’s penthouse condo was the best. Lots of memory making moments are from this condo. Mahalo, Cynthia.

AMAZING stay -Highly Recommend!

We stayed late Oct of 2023 with my family which included my parents, and my sister and her family, including three girls between 9 and 12 years old. The condo couldn't have been a better fit for our group. The inside was gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos online, everything was in pristine condition and any questions I had were responded to immediately by the owner. The parking was easy and there was a wonderful Beach cafe on property that served delicious food. The private beach was well loved by our kids and we had several turtle sightings. The only complaint i have is that we had to leave and go home. :( I highly recommend staying at this property!

Magical stay in Maui

We loved staying at Cynthia’s penthouse property. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The unit itself had everything we needed, including a kitchen with all cookware and dining ware, and beach gear. We were a family of 6 and everyone had their own space which was nice. We definitely appreciated the in-unit laundry. My husband and I took the main floor bedroom overlooking the ocean - fell asleep and woke up to the sounds of waves. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Perfect for a Large Family

Centrally located to area activities, comfortable and roomy for a group of nine, beautiful beach with three resident turtles. The condo had everything we needed, including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach toys, and more. Full kitchen and BBQ gear for meals at home. A beautiful place with a spectacular view. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome Host!

This host went out of their way to give us the in's and out's of not only the property but the island as well. We felt the most genuine ohana! This was a trip to celebrate our daughter's graduation from high school as well as her best friends graduation (even though they live in different states) So needless to say the fact that they had an amazing time was the most important thing to us as parents. Would recommend this property 100 times over, worth every penny!

Family Reunion

We stayed for two weeks in this wonderful condo. We had family coming from Australia, CT, WI and NC. It was beautiful, clean and had so many amenities we didn't expect. We loved sitting on the balcony everyday and watching the sea turtles. They had an electric awning that we could use when the sun was to hot. That was a wonderful feature to the condo. The area was super nice and walkable. We loved having the restaurant onsite for happy hour. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

A relaxing stay in a great condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful unit. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed to cook when we felt like it. The view from the kitchen sink was amazing. The grills on the resort property were cleaned daily and were very handy for evening meals. We used the beach chairs that come with the unit for the beach at the resort and for nearby Napili Bay. We had 6 people in the unit and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy the ocean view and eat together. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

This condo is beautiful, clean and Just as described. Cynthia is a wonderful host. Views from penthouse are spectacular. Beds are comfortable. On site restaurant is great for the days you are tired. Would stay here again.
