- Royal Kahana 407! Great location and ocean views! This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo has been nicely updated and offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! As you enter you will immediately be drawn to the views! The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor living. Take in a quiet morning listening to the waves lapping or a magical sunset on your private lanai. Enjoy dining al fresco with seating for four.
The living space is inviting and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Maui. It features a flat-screen TV, a brand-new sofa sleeper and loveseat added in 2026, and comfortable seating for lounging or movie nights. The sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything the home chef will need, and the dining area offers seating for four.
You will be Maui dreaming! The primary bedroom offers a King bed, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and access to the lanai. The bathroom has a spa-like feel! With a vanity area and a beautifully tiled shower.
There is central AC throughout to keep cool all year long. A washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.
The Royal Kahana Resort offers beautifully landscaped grounds, a grand-sized pool area for guest use, upscale grill stations, and a fitness center on site. Bask in the sun at the pool or on the huge grass lawn, both with clear views of the Pacific. A large sandy beach is just yards away. An activities concierge is available in the lobby to help book your Maui adventures.
Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, you are just moments from dining and shopping. Whalers Village in Ka'anapali, and at Kahana Gateway Shopping Center just up the street. Four of Maui’s 14 Championship golf courses are within a few miles, including Kapalua Plantation Course which hosts the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions.
The AOAO charges a nightly parking fee of $18 per day plus tax. This fee is paid directly to the front desk when your obtain your parking pass.

Whale Paradise
RK 1207 was an outstanding condo with magnificent views of the ocean and Molokai! We enjoyed watching the whales breach from our Lana’i! The condo was so comfortable and had more than we needed for a home away from home!

The Royal Kahana is a great resort and unit 407 is a nice unit which has been recently updated. Upon our arrival we found it very clean and properly stocked. It has a lovely view of the ocean, which we very much enjoyed when we were sitting on the lanai and watching the whales and turtles every day.We would highly recommend the Royal Kahana, unit 407 and CBIP Vacations! Thanks for a great visit!

Had a great stay in this 1 BR place. Nice space with everything you need: well outfitted kitchen, laundry, bathroom with separate sink area, great location with nice beach and great view of ocean from lanai. This is a really nice place to see turtles all the time. Rented SUPs and kayaks at the complex next store and had turtles swimming under or kayaks. Very cool. Very nice staff at complex too.

This was our second time staying in 407. We enjoy the location, pool area and overall stay. My only complaint, is they don’t provide enough dishwasher pods (3-4), garbage bags and toilet paper (we had to purchase!)! We stayed for 16 days ...they should provide enough for the length of our stay! This unit does have a washer/dryer, which is a convenient. The view is amazing and shows their beautiful sunsets.

Amazing Customer Service
My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks at the end of June and into July 2023. We accidentally booked the room for a day later than our arrival. Thankfully, we were able to get in contact with management and get an extra night added. This happened at 10pm on a Wednesday night and we were still able to get into our room. The room was clean and the balcony was great for sunsets and morning coffee. Additionally this is the second summer in a row that we have stayed in this unit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be close to great beaches.

Lovely Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Very clean and really nice layout. Large windows from both living area and bedroom viewing the ocean. The condo kitchen and bathroom are updated. The grounds are nice and the pool large and warm. Always lounge chairs available throughout the day. The location was quiet, you needed to drive to restaurants and shopping. There wasn’t a running trail nearby so have to go on the road. The beach is small and short, the shoreline in this area is receding. We would drive up to Kaanapali and walk the ocean walkway which was beautiful. One comment was the high bar chairs on the lanai were uncomfortable to sit on for very long. But the view was amazing. Very happy with the condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of this area.

We had a fabulous stay at Royal Kahana 407. I was afraid it might be different than what was shown in the pics, but it was exactly as shown on the website. Awesome view from living room and bedroom. Very quiet. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of amenities including a nice welcome basket of goodies like Hawaiian cookies and macadamia nuts. The bathroom had two baskets with everything from body butter, to lip balm to room spray. Its located in a quiet residential area. There is a nice grocery store less than 10 minutes away. Lahaina and Kaanapali are both within a 10-15 minute drive. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and look forward to staying here again in the future.
