As you enter you are immediately drawn to the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to your private lanai. Take in the mesmerizing views of Molokai and the enchanting Maui waters. Catch a whale breaching during season (December - Mid April). Sea turtles are an attraction all year long.

It doesn't get any better than this view: panoramic ocean and colorful Maui sunset views from this direct oceanfront one bedroom / one bath condominium. Spend the day relaxing in the sun and surf. Enjoy snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming in the warm waters of the Pacific. The resort’s location makes it an excellent home base for exploring all that Maui has to offer.
This Maui oceanfront promenade is also equipped with lounge chairs and picnic tables provides a wonderful place to enjoy your favorite beverage or meal while watching flaming sunsets, sea turtles, and humpback whales
Each day here in paradise, we invite you to rise to the sound of waves gently crashing and enjoy your morning coffee on the covered lanai before setting out on your next Maui adventure. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook an island meal while watching the palms sway in the warm island breeze. You could even fire up the barbeque grill of the outdoor recreation and take the dining outside if you don’t feel like cooking. Work up a little sweat at the on-site fitness center or out on the shuffleboard court before jumping in the cool ocean water.

The Royal Kahana Resort offers beautifully landscaped grounds and pool area for guest use. Bask in the sun at the pool or on the huge grass lawn, both with clear views of the Pacific. Large sandy beach is just steps away. For Activities the concierge is available in lobby to help book your Maui adventures.
Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, you are just moments from spectacular dining and shopping in Whaler’s Village in Ka'anapali and at Kahana Gateway Shopping Center just up the street. Four of Maui’s 14 Championship golf courses are within a few miles, including Kapalua Plantation Course which hosts the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions.

Drift off for the perfect nights rest. The bedroom features a king bed, large closet and access to the lanai. The bath offers exquisitely tiled shower and separate vanity.

If an animal is present, an upholstery and floor cleaning fee of four hundred dollars additional will be charged to guest.
