Maui stay beach view

Really lovely stay with a beautiful porch view of the ocean, palm trees and pool! The lady who helped us book attractions was great. Overall convenient location and perfect for the week on Maui!

Great visit

We enjoyed the condo and all amenities. Direct access to the beach was a plus. The condo was clean and perfect for the three of us.

Stay at Royal Kahana

Very good stay, we enjoyed. We feel the host communication can be better and amenities like kitchen stuff and hand soaps and replacement of towels at least once in 2 days could’ve been better.

Great location , enjoyed morning walks on beach and shopping the quaint shops all around.

Very great experience with Kim and the Epic Maui Realty. Will definitely use them again on our next Maui trip.

Clean, simple, available

We were able to book last minute, which was saving grace for us, and our trip. The location was wonderful being able to look out the lanai and see the ocean was a welcomed perk. Clean room perfect for two adults with a young child. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was small but had everything we needed. It was also updated. The linens were clean and the bed was comfy. Will def stay here again.

Cute, cozy, comfortable

Had a great weeks stay here and would definitely come back. It was just the two of us and we were out and about so much didn’t cook much, but it was great having the full kitchen. The room was exactly as pictured (loved the blues!), super clean and nice view of the ocean.

Great value with a view

Nice property just north of Ka'anapali. Gas station with well stocked market, ABC store and McDonalds within walking distance (500 yards). Property was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed sunsets and watching whales from our balcony.

Great Stay

Wonderful location! Perfect for our family of four. We did have a mishap with the comforter being dirty when we arrived and when we contacted the manager, they wanted to send over an inspector. We didn’t want to put our itinerary on hold, so just used another blanket that was in the room instead.

The pool was great and is walkable to so many bars and restaurants! Just a few blocks from Maui Brewing and McDonalds for easy kid food options. And the beach access is right off the pool! Anniversary getaway

We had a great vacation in Maui celebrating our anniversary. Our stay at the Royal Kahana was perfect. The room was clean and decorated lovely. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a washer and dryer to do laundry in, and a beautiful view off of the balcony where we would eat. Something we were excited about was that the room had a cooler and ice pack in the freezer. This was so useful the days we did the road to Hana and Haleakala. Nice Beach right by the pool. Location was convenient to other beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas as well as near grocery stores and all the fun shopping in Lahaina.

Amazing honeymoon in paradise

We stayed a week at the Royal Kahana 318 from August 20-27th. The property is very well maintained and has access to a small beach which was super convenient. The condo was clean and spacious enough for my wife and I. The bed was super comfortable! It had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Check-in process was easy and conveniently located. The condo had everything we needed and more for our stay. Kim Marie Lopez was quick and efficient to answer any questions or concerns we had. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again no questions asked and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui.

Overall, it is a safe and pleasant choice for a couple.

We really appreciated having the beach chairs and the cooler as we used them for beach trips and the road to Hana. They also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer which are all things that are hit and miss when renting off of VRBO. We also appreciated the snacks the first day. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time in this rental, I stayed alone and found that it had everything I needed for a great vacation. The condo is within walking distance of several great restaurants and beaches and Its just a short drive to hikes, golfing, ziplines, and fine dining. The only issue during the stay was that the A/C wasn't working right in the building for the first few days so the room was warmer than I prefer but they fixed it quickly and the indoor temps were never intolerable.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and generally found it to be as shown/described in the info. that ultimately led us to book the property for a 4-night stay. It does seem like one of the 2 locks on the front door wasn't operational... just spun around when you tried to turn it to add what I believe was a deadbolt to the locking of the door.

Honeymoon Vacation

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Maui. Majority of our time was exploring the island, so it was a perfect/quiet place to get some rest before the next day adventures. Also, the bed was very comfortable. I would consider staying here again in the future. Only bad part about staying in a VRBO is the check in and out times especially when you have a 10pm flight back home.
