Everything was as described! Stunning views! Very detailed instructions and details around the place. Everything we could’ve thought to ask was sent to us in .pdf files beforehand. Highlight of every morning was watching whales and sea turtles!

Sands of Kahana was a home run for our 30th Anniversary trip with our family! The condo was immaculate, the host, Cynthia, was responsive and helpful and the property was beautiful. From the turtles to the sunsets, our views from the lanai were breathtaking! The beach felt private and very swimable- we spent hours floating and snorkeling right in front of the condo! Captains Jacks, the onsite restaurant had amazing food and drinks- the steak was a favorite! The property is conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. The condo had all the amenities on hand (great coffee maker, extra bedding, boogie boards and snorkel equipment and beach towels)! Comfy beds, a spacious kitchen and living areas made the condo an easy place to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer! We will be back!

Amazing Views!

Our family had a wonderful time. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the location was so convenient. Watching the sea turtles and amazing sunsets from the lanei was a daily favorite during our trip. Condo was super bright and well appointed throughout, making our stay that much more memorable. Would definitely come back!!

Beautiful location and accommodations in Maui

We've just spent a wonderful 9 nights at Cynthia's accommodation at sands of Kahana. The condo was beautiful, with every detail thought of. The beds were extremely comfortable, the views were spectacular from the lanai. The location was great, awesome snorkelling from the beach and not too busy. Nice restauraunts near by. Cynthia was very responsive with any questions I had. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing view! Perfect getaway!

This property is exactly how pictured. Its clean & beautiful. The view (my favorite part) is amazing, its absolutely stunning. We could see some whales out in the water from our balcony. Our girls loved using the boogie boards & having their own private balcony. All of your basic needs are supplied (sheets, towels, silverware, etc). We would absolutely recommend this place & would most certainly book again.

Beautiful and Clean Beach Front Condo

Cynthia is a wonderful host! She is communicative, responsive, and thorough. She anticipated my questions about the condo and provided helpful information (in written form) before I even asked. Everything was very smooth! The condo was just as described. It was clean and beautiful. The panoramic view was amazing! Additionally, Cynthia provided a "starter kit" for us and that little extra touch is just another example of a wonderful host. It goes to show that she has thought about her guests and their experience at her property. I would definitely stay again if we returned to Maui.

Best Ocean Front Property!

Amazing stay, the ocean front property is immaculate. Views are stunning, and a lot of onsite amenities. Looks exactly like the pictures. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and condo. Pictures do not do it justice. The sunsets off the lanai were breathtaking. Condo is equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend. Cynthia was great with any questions that we had and responded quickly. The beach directly below was perfect. turtles swimming

Exceeded Every Expectation

We LOVED this place! Great location that was walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the ABC store. The beach was great and not too crowded. The restaurant on site was convenient and good. The unit was PERFECT-very clean and uncluttered, the views were spectacular, parking was easy and always available. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the kitchen was spacious and very well-equipped. We appreciated being able to use the folding chairs, boogie boards and beach towels that were in unit. We opened windows per Cynthia's instructions and loved the trade winds. We also used the A/C at night. We really couldn't have found better accommodations! We were very please with our choice to stay here! I would highly recommend staying here! (We watched sea turtles swimming in the ocean from our balcony every day!!!!)

Fabulous week!!

This is a great condo for a chill relaxing getaway. You can’t go wrong ! The only reason I left 4 stars is because the front desk is not very friendly, the gym equipment is old and outdated, the building needs a paint job, and the tub was not functioning. So many people had their doors open and it was because so few have AC. We were very lucky to have AC. Overall great stay!

We had a great week at Sands of Kahana. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had a lot of little extra touches. Cynthia was very easy to get in touch with. We loved the views and will hopefully come back again in the future. Highly recommend!

Paradise!

My family and I just stayed last week and the condo exceeded our expectations! The views!! So amazing. The sound of the ocean and the ocean breeze coming into the condo was pure bliss and helped my one year old fall asleep so easily. He loved it! The condo was fully stocked with all the cooking accessories and Cynthia didn’t miss a beat when it came to thinking of everything you could need! The condo is exactly as pictured and was spotless upon arrival. When we stayed there were plenty of beach chairs available and we never had an issue finding space in or out of the shade. 10/10 would recommend staying here. We are already opening our calendars for next year and seeing when we can go back! This is a great condo for families as well. We had a one year old, a 6 year old, my husband and I and his mother and we were all extremely comfortable.

A little bit of paradise

The views from this property are amazing and so relaxing. Hearing the ocean waves around the clock was heavenly. The condo is updated, very clean and the kitchen is well appointed. Communication with the owner at booking and arrival was smooth without any issues. We specifically look for properties with air-conditioning which this one has. However, we were able to open windows and establish a great air exchange so we rarely needed the air-conditioning. The resort property has a lovely beach, nice pool and an on-site restaurant that we utilized for a couple of breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view beautiful condo

Very clean and very well stocked condo with amazing view. We saw whales, seals and many sea turtles from the balcony and beach. The owners review book in the condo was very helpful and the best we have seen with a lot of information about local shopping/restaurants with personal/guests reviews. We would definitely stay here again!

Best rental in Maui!!!

Cynthia made sure our stay was top notch. Excellent communication and accessible for any needs we may have had. The rental itself is just as described and BETTER. You can’t beat the location and the view was AMAZING from every room and bathroom!! Well stocked and more than you need…from detergents to body wash to foil and spices. We all loved it and hope to return one day. Thank you!!

Perfect Beach Rental

This property was wonderful, I can’t think of one bad remark to say about it. Very clean the decks were wonderful. The property was very close to the beach, the kiddy pool was the warmest pool I have ever been to. we used the barbecue grill daily and they were always clean, they literally shined. We were a little worried about staying in this area because of the fires in 2023, but we were able to find plenty of restaurants nearby. the host was awesome about answering questions.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Many, many amenities provided - more than ever expected. Owner was great to work with and very attentive. Resort is beautiful, located on an amazing beach with a spectacular view. Big pool. Poolside restaurant/bar with terrific food. Will definitely return!

Whales!

Terrific location to watch whales late Dec / early Jan. Saw whales from both balconies, bedroom, even from the shower! Nice beach, great restaurant onsite and within walking distance as well as shops, groceries, and a coffee shop. Unit was well stocked with beach equipment.
