This is a fabulous property! Clean and large unit with 2 full masters. The view is fantastic and great for whale watching (plenty of binonculars). Comfy beds and furniture and nearby restaurants to walk to if you choose not to drive. We were super excited that Captain Jacks restaurant had opened so close! Adam the main contact was easy to get a hold of and very responsive as was the host Lori. Thank you!

Communication with Host perfect 10. Not having A/C was a little uncomfortable. I could not do it in the summer but since we were there in January it was do able. Nicely decorated (looks professionally done) and very nice construction materials used for the floors, countertops and bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Looking out to the left you see the next building outdoor balconies and condo units which I didn’t love but it was still very quiet and looking straight out and to the right was the beautiful ocean. Very thoughtful starter supply of everything. Nice manicured grounds. We saw turtles and whales from our balcony. Very walkable area. Kahana area is a favorite of ours. Comfortable beds and pillows which is a huge and condo was CLEAN. We enjoyed out stay very much. I have been to Maui at least 18 times and was not disappointed. Safe friendly complex. Nice pool.

What a special trip! Lori and Adam were wonderful! My husband and I have been staying at the Hololani property for over 10 years. This was our first time staying in this beautiful condo and we are so glad we did. Also our first time bringing our 3 kids along and this place was perfect for all of us. Lori has this place stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Not to mention the storage in the garage with every water gear/toy you can imagine for pool and beach days. Everything is so well kept up. Adam was very welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance and he even called the day we left to thank us and make sure we had a great stay. Mahalo to Lori for allowing us to share our favorite place with our kiddos over the holidays! We can’t wait to come back soon!

Island get away

Had an amazing few days in this gem of a condo. Beautiful spot, just as described. Everything you need . Close to all amenities. Adam was right there to answer every question. Highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Great location

The property was very nice with an exceptional view that was perfect for watching whales from the lanai. The place is kind of small but this was noted on the description. The toilets, while functional, need to be replaced. Also, there was no hot tub as noted in the description. A good value for the price.

Oceanfront condo

The property and condo were very nice and clean! Great location, out of the way of the busy tourist areas! Walking distance to a few food/beer locations. Only issue you could have if its hotter in Maui during the summer. No air-conditioning in the condo. We were good because of it being Feb. You get a great, cool breeze with the doors and windows open!! Great view on balcony! Watched whales every day on our patio!! The unit has everything you need! Everyone was great to deal with for our booking! Simple process!

Best view in Maui

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Lori's apartment. It was clean, spacious (for 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant), and the lanai had amazing views at all times of the day -- we spent so much time out there! We would love to come back any time we're back in beautiful Maui.

This is a beautiful 8th floor corner unit. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, two sizable baths, two large bedrooms with king size beds, large lanai with very comfy furniture. We had a small hiccup upon checking in but Adam the manager and the owner were very reactive in a quick manner. The location was convenient. There is no direct beach access, just a 2-3 minute walk so no disappointment. There is no air conditioning but there are so many windows and ceiling fans that the condo was comfortable day and night. The view is beautiful and the sun sets directly in front. If we return, we will surely stay here again. We miss it already!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

Right when we walked into the condo we were blown away. It’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable and the views are breathtaking. It was quite hot when we were there but there are plenty of fans and breeze to keep you comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Great beach out front where we say turtles swimming everyday. Communication, check in and out was super easy. Also easy walking to a strip mall with grocery and food. Will stay here again!

Great place for a relaxing Maui vacay

This was our first time in Maui, and we were very pleased we landed here. We explored all of the island, and really enjoyed where this condo was located… central to most of the things we loved, good neighborhood, great coffee shop nearby, nice beach front, amazing view, lots of sea turtles. The condo was just as described for the most part. It’s on the 8th floor, and the owners were very thoughtful in putting a locking metal screen door on the front so you can really harness the trade wind breeze that comes through. They’ve also loaded the place with fans, so you can always have good air flow. This was a great place for two couples, with the two en suite bed and baths. Nice kitchen, comfy beds. Also loved that there was a washer and dryer. The one thing I would say was a bit unexpected, though not a dealbreaker, is that the building sits perpendicular to the next building with all its balconies. This means you hear everyone on their balcony, and it can get loud. I’d recommend earplugs to help you sleep at night. Also, be aware that the front bedroom really needs the doors and windows open to keep airflow. This limits the amount of privacy you have, but as long as you are staying with considerate people, it works well. Lori was a dream to communicate with, and the on-island contact, Adam, was also incredibly responsive and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend Lori’s place!

Very nice condo and location!

The condo was great, enough room for two couples, and some great views over the water. The kitchen was very well provisioned and we had everything we could need for the stay. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great Stay

We were very pleased with the condo. The pictures are exactly what it is. Nice to have 2 king size beds when there were two couples. The bathrooms were also great with walk-in showers. The view from the deck were fantastic and so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Adam reached out to us immediately, my only request was the need for wine glasses which he delivered to us on our last day, but at least there are glasses for the next people that stay. All in all (except for noisy neighbours who let there kids screen at 6AM) it was a great place to stay. Well stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. Thanks for all of it, another great Hawaii memory for us.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The listing was accurate. Walking distance to Maui Brewing and a great coffee shop. I was able to watch my kids snorkel and paddle board from the balcony. They saw a variety of fish and turtles! The parking spot is right next to the elevator, so that was convenient. There were towels and snorkel gear available for use.

Great hosts!

The condo was as stated on the listing. It has a direct water view. You will also see all your neighbors balconies but everyone was respectful of noise. The bedrooms were a good size. The owners keep this unit well stocked. There was a nice gift basket when we arrived with coffee and cookies and various treats. The balcony is a good size. Very good communication with the owners and staff. There is no air conditioning so be aware it does get quite warm in the condo. The winds don’t really help much unless you feel safe leaving your entry door open all night. They do supply you with a lot of fans to help cool you down. I would have given this a five star if there were A/C The owners were responsive and helpful. They even got us an early check in. We never used the pool but it is kept very clean. Even the grills by the pool were thoroughly cleaned every day. Nice location.

Beautiful beachfront place!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Enjoyed spending mornings having coffee taking in the beautiful view and watching sea turtles. Also enjoyed some beautiful sunsets on the balcony too. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we used the grills down by the pool too. Great location near other resorts . Short drive to Lahaina where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Check in was easy, everything is exactly as described!
