upon arriving at this propertywe were very excited when we entered the lobby, clean, spacious and welcoming. We opened the door to our condo 703, a very dirty mat at the door welcomed us. I picked it up and put it behind the chair so we didn't have to look at it. Overall the condo was in a sad state of cleanliness. Grease and fingermarks on the cupboards, a filthy backsplash. We tried to wash towels on the first Sun., the washing machine didn't work, I washed some clothes by hand a couple of days later and the dryer did not work. The office sent a repairman in, but couldn't resove the problem, it needed a new motherboard. Said they would replace the washer for us, that never happed. The cleaners came in wiped and few things, changed our beds and brought us clean towels. There was paper and other garbage under the beds, mold on our bath curtain which they changed, fuzz hanging from the air vents, streaks of dirt on the walls, a big water stain across the off white curtains in the master bedroom, the screen door going out to the patio off the living room was off track and torn, I have documented all these items. We spoke the a representative from Chase and Rainbows, we agreed on a specific amount of compensation, when we arrived home we received less than half of the amount agreed upon and my calls have not been returned. This condo could be a beautiful place to stay if the company that takes care of it would maintain this facility.
