    The Space:

    Smell the salt air and bask in the panoramic views of the Pacific from this oceanfront Kahana condo. Keep cool with a dip in the shared pool, or relax on any of the nearby lounge chairs while you wait for your grilled lunch to finish cooking. The condo also comes equipped with a variety of entertainment options, including a Nintendo Wii, board games, and a DVD library.





    What’s nearby:

    Walk to nearby local and national eateries or take a short drive south (to Ka'anapali) or north (to Kapalua) for an abundance of eating, shopping, and golfing options. Pack a picnic and head less than a mile south to S-Turns Beach for waves, sand, and picnic areas. You can also take a day trip to another island on Mokulele Airlines from nearby Kapalua airport.

We loved the location! Great for adults, not so safe for small children due to the sea wall. The location on the third floor felt like being on a cruise ship, because you're so close to the water you have to walk up to the window to see the grounds. Great for viewing turtles and whales.

Great oceanfront location. Updated interior. The grounds and pool are very well maintained. Why the low rating? The condo had several problems. I had a phone conversation and sent several text messages with photos(as requested) to the management company. No maintenance workers came to condo to do repairs in 5 days. -Front metal door doesn’t have a key to lock from outside -Kitchen light over microwave is out -Screen door to Lanai is off track -Master bedroom mirrored closet closer to wall is off track Maybe repairs will be completed before next guests.

Right on the ocean, great views. Easy drive to nearby beaches and restaurants. A couple walkable restaurants and market. Quiet setting

Great location to relax

Had a great time! Location is conveniently located to restaurants, snorkling, and nice sandy beaches. Short 10 minute drive back to Lahaina for more dining, and activities. Will return here again for sure! Kahana Reef is a nicely kept property.

Oceanfront Condo

Fantastic oceanfront condo. Saw some amazing sunsets every night sitting on the lanai. Only thing we didn’t like is we definitely could have used more bath towels. Overall, this place was amazing and the people who live here were so nice.

The view was amazing. The home was clean upon arrival. A few things: we didn’t have enough toilet paper for the entire stay and last view day of my stay is when we noticed roaches.

Highly recommend

Great location, amazing views. Just steps away from a small beach area. We just stared at the amazing views the 4 days we were there. The Condo was very clean, comfy bed and starter coffee and half and half were all details that are important. Definitely would stay here again. There was no noise or any construction on the seawall during our stay. The staff around the complex were very friendly.

Family Maui New Year

Incredible view from the room. Simple efficient lodging with a good kitchen, comfortable bed and tons of video games but basic cable is lacking. Toilet needs maintenance and it is time for new pillows! We liked the pool and China Boat restaurant across the street.

Katana Reef

This is a well-maintained condo, with nice kitchen, supplies for cooking, and very clean. It is off any main road and has the million-dollar view. The toilet seal needs replacing, and new pillows should be a priority, but otherwise, we enjoyed it very much! In the middle of huge expensive developments, this smaller, simpler place with a “home” feel is great.

Amazing view and lovely oceanside condo

My wife and I loved our stay at the Kahana Reef. The condo is lovely with a well stocked kitchen, cable TV, wifi, and a comfortable king bed. But most amazing was the view. 100 or so feet from the ocean. Watch the sunset every night over Lanai and even see whales swim by. Great location away from the throngs of tourists. Highly recommend it.

Fabulous place on Maui!

We had a great time here! The place is just as described, clean, updated and comfortable. From morning sun shining on Molokai to gorgeous sunsets every single night, we had a perfect trip. We saw whales every day from our lanai. The building is quiet and nicely kept up. Communication with property managers was fast and led to quick resolution of a minor problem. We definitely look forward to returning!

Perfect Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and were wanting for nothing. The condo was very clean, well-equipped, and modern. Very tasteful decor - no floral print couches and blankets from the 80's. Appliances and kitchen are very modern. Beach towels, boogie boards, cooler, and other items are also provided.

Kahana Reef Relief!

I never closed the sliding glass door. Went to sleep and woke up listening to the waves. The home was so clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Yes, the king size bed made sleeping in a MUST! Whale watched on the lanai which made my mini-break perfect! I will absolutely stay here again!

Construction and cockroaches

The location was great and the view amazing. The rental is a little run down. Pictures on line sell it. Cockroaches are a thing. But the worst part was a day and a half of construction starting at 8am two mornings on the condo next door with adjoining wall. We will not rent here again.

Close to Paradise

I gave it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟...it’s a beautiful place-fully renovated, very spacious, and well kept. It wasn’t full paradise because the exterior part of it needs a bit of renovation.....I was a bit uneasy when I first arrived and saw the building. Though, it may be a bit dated, I must say, it was very well maintained when it comes to cleanliness. Thank you for the wonderful memories- the view was Exquisite and was Paradise......waking up to the peaceful sounds of waves, being oceanfront and enjoying my morning cup of coffee as I watched the sunrise - was timeless and unforgettable. Loved every second I spent here!!! 🥰😘🥰

Great Little Beach area to the side

The condo is in a good location. The beach to the side is great to snorkel and watch turtles or just sunbathe. Inside the condo is very noisy. The walls and ceilings are thin. My hubby is a light sleeper and woke up often every time someone dropped something or decided to move furniture at all hours of the night. The blinds in the bedroom need to be replaced as there are several slats missing letting in the light from the hallway glow in.

Great view!! Turtles seen from balcony!

The location is great! Can’t beat the view, we enjoyed sunset most evenings. The interior could use some upgrades but nothing too major. There is no A/C in this unit and it can get stuffy. We kept the front door, bedroom window and sliding door open when we were home and that worked well. Before checking in we rented a bunch of beach accessories. Once checked in, we realized there were boogie boards, ice chest, beach chair in the unit all available to use. Washer & Dryer are not in unit, they are located on the first floor and are coin-op or you can download an app to pay. Plenty of parking. Overall our family of 3 had a great time.

Hawaiian vacation

We had some concerns with half of the parking lot closed for resurfacing. An additional parking lot across the street accommodated additional parking, but without enough spaces. I reached out to the owners to see where we should park to not get towed. They never responded. I want anyone staying to have realistic expectations. If something happens on your vacation or with the property, don't expect to hear from the landlords.

Wonderful

How can one not be joyful this is Maui!!! This property is perfect for me. It is oceanfront and the complex is not oversized so is very easy to get around. I used the pool everyday and enjoyed watching the playful whales and turtles During the day and the wonderful sunsets at night The property is getting older and could have some up dating done but it is well maintained. The unit was well equipped but again could maybe use an update on some of the kitchen items but was not a deal breaker for me One of the stove burners did not work so I contacted the property manager who replied very promptly however it took a second email (three weeks later) before the burner was repaired. Again the property management was very polite and apologetic and a repair person came the next day. I was here for five weeks and totally relaxed and enjoyed the winter get away
