Great place with an amazing view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were two families sharing and the set up worked very well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The view from the lanai is unbeatable!

summer vacation

The location of this accommodation was terrific. Having morning coffee on the patio listening to the water and then watching the sunsets in the evening was a highlight of our trip. We liked having the option of swimming in the ocean or dipping into the pool without having to leave our complex. The house was clean and the property manager was very prompt in our general inquiries.

Excellent!

Very comfortable beds, a great locations, beautiful spot for our family of four kids ranging 10-19. Something for everyone, including my early am dip into the ocean for surfing and snorkeling. Hard to get any better. And the condo is so well suited and put together. We would definitely do it again! A wonderful place.

Family Spot

The location of this property is tough to beat. 10 steps to the pool and 10 steps to the beach made it easy for us to keep track of our young kids and allow them to swim wherever they wanted. Condo is well appointed and has a lot of beach/water toys. Dara was very helpful when getting ready for our stay.

Perfect vacation stay

This condo was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Walking distance to a few places and right on the ocean. It had almost everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed. Check in/out process was clear and easy. We found the pool chilly but it was still amazing. Will definitely try to return.

Amazing gem

My family loved this place. Was me, my husband, and my 12 and 15 year old. Perfect spot for privacy. Balcony right on the water with a small private beach to the left and right. Close to gas station, and dining is walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean. They have everything you need to cook, washer and dryer, even shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas. We will be staying here again for our next trip.

Wonderful location and right on the water

Well I have to say you can't get closer to the beach or water unless you are sitting in it! This condo is in a great location. We were there during Christmas 2023 and the island was welcoming after the fires. It was good to feel we were supporting with our tourist $'s. The unit has a wonderful balcony (for about 4-5 people), nice large kitchen and comfortable LR. The master is on 2nd floor which is open balcony to LR, so not super private if you are on the phone (but you shouldn't be in HI!!). The other two BR's were perfect and it was very comfortable. I'd welcome going back in future and highly recommend the property.

June Gathering in Kahana

Our family of four spent the week at the Kahana Outrigger in bliss! The condo was updated and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with all the right tools and gadgets for a family to cook proper meals. The decor and furnishings were updated and minimalistic. We spent the week at KH with five other families so we got to see other condos and we all agreed, ours was by far the best. Other than the pool deck being in a state of construction, but usable and sometimes parking being an issue due to the pool deck construction workers, we didn’t have any challenges at the property. The turtle family living off the reef was a great surprise for snorkeling and the full center stage sunset every night was amazing. We really loved every moment of our Maui vacation.

Amazing views, amazing host

I have been using VRBO for many many years when I travel to Maui and have stayed in a lot of great condos. This one is the cream of the crop, by far. The condo is spacious, well kept, and well supplied. The views are out of this world! One thing I always look for is whether the host has supplied the kitchen with decent quality cookware and dishes and this one definitely does. I usually travel with my own chef's knife but this time I forgot... but it was fine because the knives in this kitchen were high quality and very sharp! This may sound like a silly detail, but when you travel, its the details that matter! Dara was a very gracious and responsive host and took great care of us during our stay. Will definitely re-book soon.

Nice Kahana stay

We found the condo very well stocked with easy parking and good location for us. Only glitch we had was that we didnt find out until check in that it was a second floor unit with no elevator. I even went back to review the listing to make sure i hadnt missed it under accessibility, nothing mentioned. Would not have been a big deal, other than we had one family member with a bad foot, for which stairs were difficult. Just wanted to let others know as this was unclear to us when booking.

Nice condo!

We love Kahana Outrigger! We’ve stayed at this property before, and it never disappoints. Beautiful, private beach, lovely landscaping and nice pool area. It’s always very quiet, and the views are amazing! We watched many whales from our lanai. The condo itself was nice, but it definitely could use a deep clean. The remotes and cabinet handles were sticky. We moved a bed over to fit a mattress in for our kids, and it was so dirty underneath my husband had to change his socks. We had to buy hand soap for the bathrooms and paper towel towards the end of the trip- there was only one roll for a family of 7. Exposed electrical wire was hanging inside a closet. For the price, we expected more, but still enjoyed our vacation.

Maui visit

Property was clean and the kitchen had lots of kitchen/ dining tools.for cooking and dining. Ocean was incredibly close. Dara was very responsive to every question.

As good as it gets

This place was everything we hoped for and more. It was great as a home base for our our family of 6 with teens to explore all corners of the island, but it would be equally great for a family to just enjoy the immediate area and poolside lounging. Kitchen is great, outdoor toy closet is super convenient, great sunsets, I could go on and on. Great hosts and very well kept, family oriented property. 100% recommend.

Best rental we've had!

A beautiful condo overlooking a beautiful island. My family of 5 stayed a week at the Kahana Outrigger condo 3B1, and could not have been happier. The condo was comfortable, and the ocean views were breathtaking. It was an unforgettable experience to walk right across the lawn to the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to have a perfect Maui vacation. Thank you for the wonderful rental experience!!

Fantastic View and Location

This condo is in a great location and was very clean and spacious plus it is located just 20 yards from the beach. We enjoyed 6 gorgeous sunsets from the condo's deck. Throughout the day from the deck we could also watch the whales putting on their shows: breaching and spouting. We took full advantage of all the beach accessories available with the unit: beach chairs, boogie boards, large beach towels, beach umbrella and snorkel gear. The kitchen is fully equiped and we made dinner 3 of our 6 nights. The Host was very responsive to any of my questions and we would absolutely stay here again.
