  • Kahana Reef 106 does not have A/C. This condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor unit that offers pool and ocean views. There are elevators at this property. Unit 106 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and Hawaiian inspired decor, furnishings and bedding. The bathroom has been beautifully updated and offers plenty or personal storage space. The living room offers a pullout, queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. As you walk into the bathroom, located across from the front door or next to the bedroom, you will find a shower/bathtub combo and single-sink vanity. For entertainment, you will enjoy watching flat-screen TV with cable. The well-stocked kitchen is the ideal place to prepare your homecooked meals, this space features granite countertops and backsplash with full-size appliances. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals on your private lanai or inside on the dinner table set for 4.

    Kahana Reef is an oceanfront condominium ​​​situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas. Which puts you close to Maui's top beaches, dining, shopping and other attractions. Kahana Reef resort offers an oceanfront pool, BBQ area, and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees.

Lovely, Comfortable & Convenient Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here with the ocean view from the lanai, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located close to restaurants, food trucks, groceries, nearby great snorkeling at Kahekili and Ka'anapali. The pool and hot tub, daily activities and staff were helpful and very nice.

Absolutely Perfect!!

This was probably one of the best managed properties we have ever stayed at! I had everything in stock you can possibly think of to enjoy your stay in Maui. There was beach chairs, cooler, small ice chest, snorkeling gear, and even a surfboard. Place was immaculate and very comfortable. Perfect location and close to all of our scheduled excursions. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for our perfect vacation.

Perfect quiet location

My spouse and I were pleasantly surprised with this Condo. Location was more than what we thought; quiet, ocean view of whales breaching and turtles swimming, short drive to many locations! On site management and the Perfect Stays staff wonderful! Shout out to Tonetta for being a gem and accommodating our checkout needs!

This place was perfect for our Maui getaway. Kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and ocean views made this trip memorable. Pull out couch may not be comfortable for some, but it worked for my kids. I would defiantly recommend and would rent again.

Lovely stay

The Kahana Reefs is a lovely location right on the ocean. So, you can hear the gentle waves 24/7. Even though the place was packed, it was very quiet and relaxing. The owner had us stocked with all of the beach gear we could want. The management company was responsive to our questions and requests. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location

We had a great time. Although would recommend some light blocking curtains for the front Window as a bright exterior light shines in. Other than that is was clean and quiet. We could see whales from the back door.

No AC. The owner of the apartments stuff was just barely tucked away with signs saying “this is the owners stuff don't touch”. Just seems like it is just a quick cash grab kinda place.

March Break

We stayed family of 4 for 5 nights. The location is amazing, the views of the ocean are rare! I wouldn't bring my kids back. There are many signs in the pool: no jumping, no yelling, etc. might as well say no swimming. My kids were playing in the pool (6, 9) and going under the water to retrieve toys - an older gentleman on his balcony yelled at them 'quiet please' it was 6pm and they were not being overly loud. The advertisement should discourage children from the booking or the residents of the condo should expect children to be children. The room has everything you could need for the beach and games for a rainy day. One other downfall is the safe was not accessible for us to use. I would have preferred a secure place to store our passports.

I would not stay here again. Filthy carpets, visible cockroaches, bites from bugs while sleeping and visible bugs in bed. I had to throw sheet on floor for barrier for crawling Grandson that came to visit because, carpet is Filthy, old, stained, and pulling up and unraveling in living room & bedroom. Pulled the fan out of closet to circulate air and it was gross black with dirt cobwebs and barely worked. If You open front door for air circulation or windows in bedroom the exhaust from cars in parking lot blows right into condo stinking so no relief from muggy heat there did not want doors or windows open smelling exhaust fumes. The ceiling fans not much for moving air they are old and slow. You open bathroom cupboard doors or kitchens and the cockroaches run for the dark. The hot water heater is very small so You run out of water while showering.
