Beautiful 3 Bedroom Oceanfront

  • New Kitchen, bathrooms, carpeting, bunk beds and couch! Our three bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condominium offers luxurious accommodations for up to eight people. Situated within the Kahana Outrigger Resort - a low-rise, low-density complex of only 16 units, located right on world-famous Kahana Beach, a 5-minute drive from either Kaanapali Beach or Kapalua Bay and just south of Napili. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

    This spacious oceanfront condo has 1,490 square feet of living space and an additional 100 square feet of lanai.

    The entire unit features newer furnishings and amenities including stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, washer/dryer, air conditioners, household items, and more.

    A 55” Flat-Screen Smart TV in living room with Soundbar, a 40” flat-screen Smart TV in the primary bedroom, and a 32” Flat-Screen Smart TV in another bedroom. Free Wireless Internet throughout the unit. Cable is provide in living room and primary bedroom.

    This unit is fully outfitted with towels, linens, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper products, kitchen utensils and all appliances, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, highchair, port-a-crib, and stroller. Every element of your visit has been considered.

    An ocean of recreation is just steps away! With our PRIME BEACHFRONT LOCATION, the Kahana Outrigger offers swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding & wave paddling in the sparkling Pacific waters that splash its shoreline. You can swim in the pool or sun yourself on the deck, or on the spacious lawn or sandy beach fronting the building. The property also includes an updated Grill area next to the pool with newer BBQs, updated granite counter tops, and a seating area to enjoy your meals.

Fourth time to stay here

We love this property and have stayed here four times, I think. Great space for family, awesome pool, close to beach, close to our favorite coffee shop, etc.

The location was amazing and the property was very well maintained and beautiful. The condo had everything you needed, it was like being at home but better. There was plenty of room for our 2 families (8 people). The balcony was our favorite place, the views were beyond beautiful. Loved listening to the waves and birds first thing in the morning. One of our favorite stays. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our family of 7 adults stayed and there was plenty of room for us all. Courtney was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had. You are moments away from beach and everyday we had a seal come up on the beach! This location is also so close to so many places. I would give it 5 stars and would highly recommend it as a wonderful place to stay.

Very Nice!

The rental was fully staffed a nice amount of beach items. Close to many beaches and stores nice to have the ocean front view overlooking a pool.

Great place in a great spot

This was our favorite place we’ve booked in Maui. Super quiet spot with a convenient nice beach and pool out front. The house was clean, filled will all the needs and wants you would wish for in a Maui rental. We will be booking here again!

Kahana Outrigger is a great place!

We have stayed at the Outrigger many times in several different units over the years and always have had a great stay. Communication with the property manager on this unit was exceptional. I highly recommend this property if you like a smaller complex for your vacation. Very spacious and well equipped and the ocean front setting is hard to beat.

Great location

House has everything you need. Our only complaint was that none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked and the kitchen lights never did turn on (there was a very large storm when we arrrived). Would recommend!

Little slice of heaven

We had an amazing time staying here! We stayed for a week with our family (7 adults and teens and a baby) and had plenty of room for all of us. The beach gear (chairs, coolers, beach towels, and beach umbrellas) were so nice to use. There was even a stroller we used a couple of times. We loved how quiet and intimate this location felt compared to a big hotel. The beach is small but wonderful for sunbathing and watching the sunset. Location is close to so many great beaches that are only a few minutes drive away.

Family trip to Kahana

This property exceeded our expectations! It was a lovely condo in a perfect location. The condo and property are exceptional. It was very clean and beautifully decorated, included all the amenities and extras we needed. The location was ideal for our family with beaches, snorkeling and golf all so close by. The host was clear and communicative. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

Roomy and comfortable condo

The condo is large enough to accommodate our family and had all of the amenities we needed. The upstairs bathroom does not have a bathtub as shown in the video. Instead, it has a beautiful renovated walk-in shower. The location is a bit far from the airport, but close to Kapalua bay where we wanted to snorkel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here.

Christmas in Maui

We loved this 3 bedroom condo in Maui. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and living room had plenty of room for everyone to relax. Two bedrooms are downstairs - one with a king bed and one with twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The master is upstairs, but it is a loft, so be prepared for what that brings (can hear everything/TV going on downstairs). We used the grill, by the pool. It's a great location - close to shopping, restaurants, golfing, etc... We would stay here again!
