Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen ...

I only stayed one night because it was close to the airport, and I regret not having stayed longer. It's a spectacular hotel. It has everything: comfortable, with a good buffet and a wonderful terrace, and much more.
