Clean room, nice view, large room. Pool too small for that many people, hard to walk around the pool deck due to too many chairs. People save chairs early in the morning, shouldn’t be allowed. Pool not appealing.

My wife and I have been fortunate to visit Maui many times. This condo was by far my favorite accommodation we have ever had. Everything about it was perfect for us. The big lanai with great views of the beach and black rock was an amazing way to start our days. The condo itself is beautiful. It felt like being home from the perfect size kitchen to having two full baths and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The complex grounds are beautiful and peaceful! Every interaction we had with the host was amazing. I have not one bad word to say! I am hoping we get the chance to stay here again!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful unit. A real treat to be surrounded by beautiful woodwork and art. The kitchen was well equipped. Really appreciated having herbs and spices, oils, etc. cook with, as well as good quality equipment. Very comfortable stay from the comfortable bed to enjoying lounge chairs on the lanai. Appreciated chairs and cooler to take to the beach. Carol was gracious and expedient in her communications with me. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The accommodation was perfect for a husband and wife in their 70s… Love the whaler… Wheeler, Village… Pool and hot tub… The beach… The boats… Hot restaurants… Views and sunsets… And we even like the parking garage.

The minute we walked on the property we knew this would provide the relaxation we needed. Our condo was superbly decorated and i could easily see us living there comfortably. There was everything we needed and more. A beautiful view of the ocean and Black Rock. Easy walking to many eateries and shops. We definitely recommend!!

Perfect Location!

The perfect spot for any family Hawaiian vacation! Steps from a beautiful beach, priceless Maui sunsets, and all the amenities the Whaler has to offer. The beautiful condo has everything you could need, with a beautiful ocean view for morning coffee. Can’t wait to go back again!

Week in Paradise

We stayed here for the second time and I think we will always choose to stay in this unit if we choose to keep staying at Kaanapali. This time around we had Karen as our point of contact when we checked in. Karen was absolutely on it. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal not working and contacted Karen and she had it taken care of so quick. From that point on she continued to check in on us to make sure all was going well. Stephanie was also fabulous and worked with us to extend our check out time so that we did not need to leave until it was time to head for the airport, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day before our night flight. As for the unit, it is everything advertised. We slept great. Our teen did just fine on the sofa sleeper. It is perfectly situated with a great view of black rock and I spent several hours on the balcony reading and napping even which is not like me. The breezes were amazing there on the balcony. Thank you Stephanie and Karen for a wonderful time. I wish we could have booked the following week!!

Superb

Excellent stay! The condo was extremely clean and well cared for. Lots of small touches that made us feel like true guests, not just customers. Furnishings were very nice, comfortable and in excellent condition. it was the perfect unit for our small family of 3.kitchen was beautiful and lots of glassware for cocktails and wine. Beautiful

This place is even more than I expected! I have been staying in Maui 1-2 times a year for 18 yrs and this had been the best place yet! Communication was spot on.. especially when I had a few questions, Stephanie got right back to me. I love having 2 bathrooms! The view and lanai was large and incredible! The condo had more than everything we needed!!! I could go on and on… we will be back next year

Perfect condo!

First time staying at the Whaler and everything was even better than expected. The location between Whaler's Village and Black Rock (where we snorkel) can't be beat. The property itself is beautiful and very nicely kept. The on site management - including the concierge - is very friendly and helpful. This unit was terrific. It's a quiet spot with a great view of the beach and Black Rock. It's been nicely remodeled with very functional finishes and high end appliances which operate beautifully, which is so appreciated bc I love having use of a kitchen and laundry. Filled with thoughtful touches for guests so we wanted for nothing. Also of note - this unit is very close to elevators that take you down to the parking garage so coming and going was a breeze. The Whaler even provides small shopping carts in the parking garage so that you can easily do a week's worth of grocery shopping and bring it up in one easy trip. So nice!! We definitely recommend and would stay here again. :-)
