This is a beautiful property that worked great for our group of 10 adults. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, and the amazing pool area. Any concerns were quicky addressed by the host company. The house is in a great location, close to the beach and shopping. The only downside was that one of the 5 bedrooms has no closet, dresser, or really anywhere to store belonging. We shared and made it work, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Great property!

Our family had an absolute blast at this house! We had 3 generations on the trip including 80 year old parents and their adult grand children. The house is very spacious with so many nooks and crannies to find privacy and enjoy the beautiful spaces both inside and out. The decor is a blend of Hawaiiana and personal touches which make the home feel welcoming and engaging. The pool was a game changer! We hardly left the house during our 9 day stay. The pool is large and nicely appointed with loungers and custom Honu artwork. There is a hot tub as well as an outdoor workout space and a poolside bathroom and shower which were so convenient.The 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms afforded privacy, comfort and room to spread out. There are several gathering spaces including a media/game space downstairs and a large living/entertaining area on the main level. The house boasts views of Kaanapali, the golf course and the ocean from many vantage points with mature, beautiful grounds & lush vegetation. The property management company is very responsive, informative & accommodating and addressed all questions and needs as they arose.Our parents owned a home on Maui for 28 years and recently sold. We were sad to see the family home go, but so happy to find a new space to create family vacation memories. I can't recommend this home enough, it will be very hard to stay anywhere else when visiting the Valley Isle!

-I had requested 3 times for 5 extra bath towels and it took 4 days to receive them. -Pool was advertised as heated. It was not. Apparently the heater was broken.-The outdoor shower was not working as it needed a "part," which turned out to be the "wrong part," according to maintenance.-The hot tub had quite an overpowering chemical odor. So much so, that my party could not use it.-During our 8 day stay, there were maintenance personnel who came to "look at a problem or hope to fix a problem" almost daily, including a roofer, who indicated the roof had been patched so many times, that The Summit required a new roof.-Extremely dirty home. The floors, carpet, baseboards, vents and light fixtures looked like they had not been washed in quite some time. -We found 5, both living and dead cockroaches. Maui Life Realty did send someone to spray the baseboards throughout the home.-Maui Life Realty were apologetic and wanted to know "how they could fix things so we felt better." This happened on day 6/7. We had to be out of The Summit by 10 am on the 8th day; too little, too late.-I was offered a "token" refund and asked to sign off on agreeing NOT to give The Summit a bad review. I felt the offered refund was insufficient, given the series of events. I did ask for an adjustment on their offer and NEVER heard back from them.-The Summit property is located in a lovely area and it could be a wonderful VRBO, if it was only maintained!!

It was such a great vacation. The amenities of the house were better than most that we’ve ever stayed at. It made it really easy to cook ourselves and with 10 people it didn’t feel crowded whatsoever. The pool was great to relax in and it was really close to one of the best beaches in Maui. Also, the check-in process was quite amazing with having someone meet us there and walking us through the entire house.

We had an amazing stay at Ka’anapali Vista with our family. The check-in process was easy—the people from Maui Life Realty were kind enough to meet us there and show us around. The house is beautiful, with a stocked kitchen and lots of great areas to gather—especially outside on the deck and at the pool. All the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, soap, and plenty of towels. There were beach towels and chairs to take to the beach. There were charging stations at the bedside, and many other very thoughtful touches.Scott and his team (Zenobe took great care of us) were very responsive and helpful. When we had trouble with the washing machine, rather than having us deal with a repair issue, they just replaced it with a brand new one within a few hours.The location is fabulous, just across the road from Whaler’s Village and all the Ka’anapali resorts. The beach there is fabulous, and there was a spectacular sunset virtually every evening.In summary, we couldn’t have had a better stay at the Ka’anapali Vista home, and we hope to be back soon! Many thanks to the team at Maui Life for making our stay so very memorable! Aloha and Mahalo!

House was perfect for our family of 7 for six nights. Pool was great and we enjoyed it most days. Location was great for the west side beaches and not too far from airport and Haleakala for the sunrise. House is well stocked and a few minutes from a grocery store for anything needed. We highly recommend this property!

Summit house stay

The accommodations at the house were very good for our family of 8 persons. The pool and pool table were a hit with the kids. We loved having breakfast on the back lanai where we could watch players on the sixth hole of the golf course. There was a grille outside and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Towels and other equipment were available for the beach. The house is in a good location for dining and grocery shopping. Everyone loved it!

This was a multigenerational family vacation with grandparents, parents and grandchildren (9 in total). The house was perfect. We wanted to ensure we had a big enough home for everyone to have their own space while at the same time large common areas where we could gather for meals and fun. We took advantage of everything Summit house has to offer – the pool, the workout area, the games room on the bottom floor, the well stocked, large kitchen, walking to the beach.…we had a fabulous time. Maui Life (Property manager) was excellent. Very responsive to any of our questions. We definitely would stay here again. Mahalo

Fabulous family vacation

I have only a wonderful things to say about this spectacular home. This was a family vacation that had been canceled last year due to the devastating fire in Lahaina. It was a first trip to Hawaii for myself and my husband, and we chose to take our entire family with us. We had six adults total and one baby 10 months old. There was a pack and play and a highchair for our little one and all the beds were comfortable and cozy for everyone elseThe home was completely stacked with everything we could possibly need. The communication with the home manager was stellar. Any questions we had were promptly answered, and we felt very well taken care of. The home was stocked with spices, basic condiments in the refrigerator laundry soap in the laundry room bathrooms were stocked with everything that we needed. We grilled steaks on the barbecue on the back patio for dinner one night and cooked several other meals at the home. It was very close to Whalers village and local beaches I would definitely come back and stay at the SUMMITT residence.

Fantastic week with friends!

We were looking for a house that could accommodate 5 couples, with great outdoor space and within walking distance to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The Summit Residence did not disappoint! The house was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Lower level game room was nice and having a second full size fridge was awesome for storing drinks or overflow. We used the grill multiple times. The lanai and pool were perfect. Used daily! Plenty of extras included with the house. Toiletries, laundry soap and kitchen supplies for food prep and storage. The only caveat would be that the 5th bedroom did not have a closet or dresser or a connected bathroom. This was not real apparent from the descriptions. One of the couple’s had to make do with lesser accommodations. We had an issue with one coffee maker which was resolved immediately. The outdoor shower did not have hot water but we didn’t report it to management. Overall nothing but positive comments about the house and our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely Gorgeous

As stated by my 8 year old grandson “You know what this place needs? Absolutely nothing!” Which sums it up perfectly. We had 10 family members from 8-92 and we all agreed, there couldn’t have been a more perfect place for us. So many amenities, Scott and his crew thought of everything! From the bedding to the cooking pans, everything is high end. If you’re considering booking this home just do it!! Mahalo Scott for everything!

Outstanding

We stayed here as one of 4 couples and had an AMAZING time. We stayed in the basement bedroom by the pool room and it was so dark and secluded it was so nice in that respect. Only thing to note is that bedroom doesn't have a closet, but an armoire for clothes and the ice machine in the storage room next door can be very noisy when making ice in the middle of the night. The pool is beautiful and was the perfect temperature for our stay. The 5th bedroom that we didn't use was off one of the living rooms and seems like it would be good for a kid or single adult but not preferred by a couple. We would absolutely stay bere again for the management, amenities and location. Amazing stay and absolutely recommend!

Family getaway

Location was great. We loved having so many areas to spread out in but also to be able to all sit at the kitchen table and play games. The basement game room is fabulous and the pool was perfect. Loved it!
