Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hawaii! This property is great for families, including adult children. The unit was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. There are plenty of things to do on the property or nearby. We appreciated the beach accessories/toys and having a washer and dryer in the unit. The owner was easy to work with and prompt to answer questions. We would stay here again.

Fantastic condo

Our family stayed at the condo for 8 nights. We loved the unit itself as it had everything we needed. The two levels with beds for the younger ones upstairs was especially useful. The adults were able to have morning coffee on the balcony without disturbing everyone in the unit. We made use of the kitchen for most breakfasts and some dinners, also used the bbqs near the pool. The property and pool were immaculate and not overly busy. The location is great with nearby coffee shops, food trucks, grocery stores, restaurants and whalers village just a short drive away. The area is beautiful with an extremely welcoming family feel. Our family took part in some of the activities on the resort and really enjoyed them. We travelled all over the island for daily activities and feel that this was a good spot to access most things with ease. Items provided in the unit like beach chairs, swim noodles, cooler, beach bag with snorkel kits helped make our daily excursions more enjoyable. Overall we loved our stay and hope to be able to visit again.

Perfect for families!

My wife and two young kids absolutely loved our stay at Papakea G404! Great location and amenities. Lynette is a wonderful host, and was very accommodating when we needed to modify our reservation last-minute due to a family emergency. Will definitely plan to go back!

Best Christmas Vacation

We absolutely loved G404 at Papakea! We have stayed here before in a different building and Papakea does not disappoint! The condo was clean with very up to date decor. Our kids loved the loft, and we all enjoyed the amazing view! Definitely will be a repeat customer ❤️

Wonderful location and accommodations

My sister and mom went for a few days and the resort was lovely. The condo was set up very well- and stayed cool with the ac up in the loft. The portable fan in the loft we broken but survived without it. Having 1 bathroom for the 3 of us was doable but occasionally a 2nd shower would have been nice. Sitting on the Lanai in the morning and evening was beautiful and the pool time or hanging out on the chairs by the sea wall was great We will be back

Nice place to stay on Maui

We enjoyed our time at Papakea. The unit was nice and as described. The property’s two pools were very nice—my kids spent a lot of time there. We found a few good restaurants in walking distance that we could drop in on without reservations, and there’s a food truck park within a 2 minute walk.

Amazing view and everything we needed

This condo was so convenient to everything! We had enough beds for everyone which was a plus. We were amazed by how well stocked everything was and everything was very clean! We didn’t take advantage of all the amenities and things to do but there were lots of things on site to keep you busy which gave this a very resort feel!

Everyone we needed for a great vacation

Our 7 day stay in this West Maui condo was perfect for our family of four. The layout worked great, with spacious loft for kids above and private bedroom for us parents. The condo was clean and well stocked and we appreciated the beach gear provided. The 4th floor location and vaulted ceilings made it feel so spacious and gave us a great view of the pool and oceanfront lawn area. The grounds were gorgeous and well maintained and we enjoyed the many birds, although they are a vocal bunch early in the morning. The staff were helpful and met all our expectations. We all loved the pool, hot tub and other property amenities. I would definitely rebook and recommend this place to friends. Mahalo!

Fantastic property

This property was everything the description stated. Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) had an amazing time. The view from the lanai was amazing, we saw whales most mornings even at the end of whale season. The beach accessories were perfect as well and we used almost everyday. Lynette was amazing to communicate with and answered any questions we had. We would book here again in a heart beat.

Great holiday

Condo was just as described. We holidayed with other extended family members that had other condos at Papakea. The resort was perfect, so well maintained. This particular unit was so nice, we chose it for the 3 loft beds as our kids will not share a bed. Could have used a second bathroom, but we knew that going in and for the price, this was great value. The birds woke us up pretty early, but we got used to it after a few days.

Excellent stay near Kaanapali

This was a perfect fit for our family of 5 with three beds in the loft. It was well stocked and with a beautiful ocean view. The resort is very well maintained with friendly staff, and the location is perfect for exploring West Maui. Had no need to contact property manager, and Lynette was very helpful and prompt with the reservation/deposit process.

Amazing!!

Papakea and G404 are amazing properties. The resort is very relaxed and allowed us to enjoy the Maui culture without the hussle of tons of tourists. The condo was great with an upstairs which was perfect for our teenage kids. Plenty to do and enjoy with fantastic views. The room also had everything you need from beach chairs, water socks, boggy boards, beach towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen supplies, and much more!

Overall Lovely Location

We just spent 10 days in Maui. Overall it was a great stay with just a little hiccup over check out times (Vrbo app said 11 and property manager said 10). Outside of the conversation with the property manager everything was delightful. The condo has a fabulous view, was accurately described and very clean and quiet. Reservation process was easy, responded to quickly, communication was pleasant with Lynettte, check in and out (minus the confusion) was good.
