the 2br 2ba was perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. The bbq area at the condo complex is great and seems very new, 4 setups so you never have to wait. Its a great view from the patio which we enjoyed every morning and the beach is a 5-10min quick walk away. Overall very happy with the property and they even included a beach wagon, portable cooler, two chairs and 4 boogie boards which was really great.

Wonderful stay

Had a great time at Eldorado L105. The unit was perfect for a our group of 7. My dad uses a walker and had access to a motorized scooter, and this 1st floor unit was perfect for him. Close to shopping and restaurants. And the cabana down by the beach was perfect for my family, especially my dad to get to and spend the day at the beach as a family. Definitely will think about this place next time we're in Maui.

What a vacation should be

Easy access to beach for my dad who is 102. Golf cart ride to the cabana was convenient and the facility was perfect for anyone wanting to be at the beach but not actually on the sand.The size of the unit was perfect for a large family.Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing

Start with the good...location is great. Within Eldorado it's a good quiet spot. Functional unit. Large rooms. Now the bad. The place was extremely dirty when we arrived. The Property manager sent a cleaner 3 times. We took pictures and it was hardly the "hotel 5 star experience" that was advertised. More concerning than the dirt was the black stick substance on the ceilings around the AC vents and all over the shower curtains, shower fixtures, and even all the white patio curtains. I am in real estate development, management, construction and it was mold. The PM denies it of course...but we know better. The kitchen had a rusty coffee maker (they replaced) and was poorly equipped...no frying pans, 1 wine glass, no kettle. It was almost as if the unit had not been used and was neglected. I suggest this is likelt the PM and cleaning service fault. The PM should ensure that a unit is properly equipped with basic items. We did communicate this to the PM and they offered a 9% discount on our booking...which didnt satisfy us for the 3 days at the start of the trip during which we personally cleaned and had to deal with the uncertainty that we were going to leave the unit. I would be careful on this one. Good luck.

Great condo!

This was a lovely 2 bedroom, ground floor, corner unit. Close to the pool (bocci ball, shuffleboard and corn hole too!) and a short stroll to the beach. We also enjoyed the free trolley up to Whalers shopping plaza (catch it at the Sheraton) The beach/cabana area were wonderful! We drove around the island to check out some of the other wonderful recommended beaches, but loved going back to our own! It was quiet, beautiful sand and gently waves. A wonderful vacation had by all :)

Best of Both Worlds!

Perfect location! Super close to the hustle and bustle of Black Rock and Whalers Village. However, if you want a nice calm relaxing day at the beach go to our resorts private cabana, great snorkeling and boogie boarding without all of the people. They gave everything you need down at the cabana, just bring snacks and drinks and chill out. The view from the room is wonderful. Our sunset and sunrise on the patio was amazing.

Great Spot

We were 2 couples in our early 30's and had a great time. The condo came with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels but there are free beach chairs and towels to check out from the beach cabana so we never even bothered to bring them down. The overall location is good as you can get down to Lahaina easily. One day we did the road to Hana and did the full loop. We left at 7:45am and got back around 8pm. Long day but worth it. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Fun until we had to move at property managers request

Upon arrival we were told we would have to be moved for the last three days of our stay. Move was a disaster, it could not accommodate all of us. Roof leaked, no hot water. Never received refund for time we were moved as promised. Radio silence from property manager. No calls, no emails, nothing. Sad it ended this way, it started out very well.

Relaxing in a spacious condo

The condo is very spacious with a great view. The pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is fully equipped with just a few spices for cooking during your stay. The pool area and cabana are wonderful places to spend your days. Definitely use the golf cart to go to the cabana even if you like to walk, just to enjoy the experience. The A/C was a real bonus as it was exceptionally hot while there. The only thing I would change is better quality bath towels in more quantities and a proper broom. The description of the property did not mention the resort fee and parking per day but has since been updated. I didn’t know about the fees until I decided to book it, then saw it in the contract. By then my other options were no longer available as back ups. We ended up paying extra for 6 nights upon check in by the resort. Just keep that in mind. The property management was nice enough to offer me to opt out before signing the contract but that wouldn’t have worked as other properties on my back up list went fast for a last minute stay. Maui Life Realty did a great job responding to any requests after checking in. You’ll be very happy with your stay. Aloha.
