The view from this condo is stunning , floor to ceiling unobstructed windows frame the sea like a painting !! The unit was clean and equipped with 4 beach chairs, a large cooler , towels and umbrella.

The provided door access code did not work. No one answered any of the emergency contact numbers. Took over an hour to gain access to our unit. Not what I wanted to deal with after traveling all day long.

The views from this unit are incredible!! There isn't a closer condo to the ocean in Maui. The floor to ceiling windows elevate the experience to the max. This corner unit allows a line of site down the coast all the way to Black Rock. If you didn't want to leave your room you wouldn't have to. If there was a swimmable beach in front of the building it would be unmatched. Due to the reef in front of the building, there isn't much of a beech or swimming there. Not to worry, all you have to do is walk a minute or two in either direction and your dialed in for all your beech adventures. Even the views out of the 2nd bedroom are great. The Monkeypod trees provide a canopy over the entire parking lot and beyond that are the Maui mountains. Cant overstate the views enough. Enjoying the sunset every night and falling asleep to the waves are were far more valuable to us than any resort amenities. This place is a quiet local, which was perfect for us.

Fabulous! Definitely exceeded expectations. Ad doesn’t come close to describing condo. Code didn’t initially work but security guard came immediately. Condo looked as if we were first people there. So clean!! Kitchen could have used more kitchen towels and bathroom also needed more big towels. So beautiful & so big. Most beautiful condo I’ve ever seen.

Great property for a family trip. Easy beach access. Close to grocery store, restaurants, Whaler’s village and activities. Easy check in and check out process. Parking was easy. Kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. I would highly recommend this property!

Incredible property

No question this was one of the nicest properties we’ve visited on Maui. Perfect location near activities, but secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful. We will definitely book this property again next time.

Awesome Views and Accommodations

All Glass windows on ocean side of unit. Great views of Lanai and Molokai. Saw a few whale blowholes. High quality shiny tile floors. Spacious bedrooms and shower. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Within 10 minute drive of golf courses, waterfront restaurants, luaus, whale watching tours. Highly recommend this place!

Great Property and Location

Great location! We saw a lot of whales and turtles. The beach right outside the property has rocks, so go down about 300 feet to a part of the beach without rocks. You can walk to Duke's restaurant but also drive to the great restaurants in Whaler Village. Side note: The rental could use a cocktail shaker and snorkel gear. We bought some gear and left them in the condo. We would highly recommend the unit and location.

Magnificent Condo

This was a truly excellent property that surpassed our expectations. We were impressed with the attention to detail on provision of amenities for our arrival and the cleanliness throughout. The property has a full 270 degree ocean view and is enhanced by the AC throughout the condo. having evenings on the balcony watching the sunset were especially fun. We will definitely be planning another visit.

First trip to Maui

We stayed here for a week in June 2024. The condo was just as described. Great layout, very well equipped, it truly had everything we needed. The views from the balcony and living room were absolutely amazing. Property had great amenities. Walking distance to several nice restaurants and a food truck park that we absolutely loved.

HOLY MOLY!!

What an AMAZING place! There are so many wonderful things I can say about this place. Location is great. Super close to Kaanapali activities such as whalers village and black rock. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. The place itself is fabulous. Let’s start with the bedrooms and bathrooms - the guest bed and bath were perfect for my 2 daughters. The master bedroom was spacious and the shower had multiple heads and was big enough for 2. The master also has access to the balcony. The kitchen was well appointed. The best part of the house are the floor to ceiling windows in the family room . They are west facing so you get an amazing Maui sunset every night. Every morning we drank coffee and watched sea turtles swim right in front of us. I highly recommend this location!! We didn’t want to leave!

Views, views, views

We are officially ruined and can no longer stay elsewhere. This condo has it all! You never have to leave the property. Walk outside to enjoy the pool, the beach, stores and local restaurants. It’s peaceful, it’s relaxing and boasts the most incredible views I’ve ever seen. Have coffee on the deck and enjoy watching the whales and turtles all day long. Grab some snorkel gear and step right out into the ocean and enjoy seeing all the fish. All of the amenities are incredible. I especially enjoyed the filtered water station at the pool to refill bottles instead of buying extra plastic. Thank you, thank you! We will be back.

Nice place, perfect view of ocean

The 701 condo was very nice, spacious, and clean. The view was spectacular and we could whale watch every day especially between 4:30-5:30 pm and most mornings. Was also were able to see the turtles close to shore. To look out at the ocean and have the beach so close was beautiful. Although the kitchen was stocked well with everything including ziplock bags, Saran and foil(very helpful) and all the daily necessities there were a couple of things that could be added: placemats, hot pads/ trivets. Also there should be more than one dish cloth and hand towel in the kitchen as when one is being washed there was no other set to use. Helpful to have at least two sets. The Screen door in master bedroom was hard to open and got stuck and wouldn’t close. It appears the rollers on the bottom of the door are worn out. For the two single beds in the 2nd bedroom, they were pushed together but while sleeping they moved apart a lot and appears there was no bracket at the bottom to hold them in place except the king sheet. The beds were also not the same height. I loved the area it was in in Ka’ anapali and the walking boardwalk that takes you along the beach was truly beautiful. There was a grocery store in walking distance which was helpful. All in all I would highly recommend this condo and would come back to stay again. The views overlooking the ocean and pool were simply beautiful. The waves can get noisy so you must like to be by the ocean, but it has so much beauty.

Gorgeous view!

Just like the photos pictured. Very clean. We sat on the 2 chairs facing the ocean every morning with our coffee. Great location. Can walk to restaurants, grocery store, food trucks. Best view! We saw whales every day and sea turtles a few days.

Such a perfect stay!!

What a perfect stay in Kaanapali!! The condo was exactly as listed and had a PERFECT view of the ocean! We could see the lovely turtles frolicking in the water from our lanai, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere!

Marvelous Mahana

Family of four came for a vacation. This space had everything we needed from a balcony to listen and see the ocean where we watched sea turtles and stingrays swimming, to upfront beach access with the use of chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for the day, to super comfy beds and couch to relax on. The property was well-managed and clean. Plenty of towels, other available amenities like a hair dryer and flatiron, Ninja blender for the fresh fruit we bought at the market that is down the street, a short walk.

Excellent stay

Our family of four enjoyed staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment. Views out of the living room and main bedroom are spectacular. Apartment is right on the beach; walkable to Kaanapali beach and is a 15min drive to Lahaina.
