Great Location

This condo was a perfect place for our stay in the Kaanapali area. I had wanted to be closer to Kaanapali Beach, but reserved this condo instead. Absolutely so glad I changed our reservation to this location! The resort atmosphere right on the beach was just what we were looking for! Close enough to some shops to walk to, a great coffee shop a few blocks away, grocery store across the street, and a convenient food truck court right next door! The condo itself was spacious, had amazing views, was very clean, and had beach items available to use. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we would have just stayed at this condo instead of moving to a different part of the island.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the layout/space of the unit. The unit is just as described and the decor/ambiance of the common areas is even nicer in person. There’s also plenty of towels and the washer/dryer worked just fine. We stay at KS often and with MPP, and this was a great stay.

Would Stay Again

The grounds were spectacular: Pool area was wonderful, beach area is nice…. A short walk to the south and you reach a much more expansive beach. The view from the room was perfect, you could see whales constantly. The condo was your typical rental. Absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. The kitchen was nice, however it lacked utensils for cooking, and the pots and pans are sub par- they could prob use replacing, there was plenty of Tupperware lids but no containers. Each bathroom was stocked with towels, shamp/cond body wash etc. We spilled some cereal the first morning and when I cleaned it up it appeared the floor had not been cleaned in quite some time, so that was a bit disconcerting. Previous guests have left coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas, and we added to the pile with pool floaties, unit also has 4 Tommy Bahama chairs. All in all a good stay!

The perfect stay!

This was perfect for our family of five. It has the best location with the best view we’ve ever had- complete ocean view and the perfect little kitchen to cook breakfast and lunch and super close to go shopping or buy a few essentials. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was lovely, but 2 different sets of friends stayed at these condos during the exact same time with the exact same rooms for far less than we paid. We even booked the same day back in February, so I’m not sure why our condo cost so much more. Very disappointing to start your already expensive trip feeling like you’ve been hosed. :(

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautiful with the most amazing views. We loved the ocean, garden, and pool view. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and basic kitchen stuff which was nice. Our next trip to Maui we will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the property a lot and the location. Check in was good and front desk staff very nice. The problem I have is with fees that we paid because I got to pay vrbo fees and property management fees too since this condo is run by property management co but under vrbo is where I found it . Really comfortable beds and great views.Also dishwasher is being replaced but could not get new unit for our stay but mgmt tried. Gave us a new bottom rack which was still a bit wobbly. The chairs, body boards and umbrella were nice to use for beach. a wagon to haul them would be nice. Great view, comfortable beds. Plastic glasses also would be nice to have in room or lidded yeti type mugs. Would have liked to have a couple more bottles of body wash provided. (We liked the product) but ran out of the little bottle of soap in shower after two days with five people. The food trucks in front of property were very good. There is a grocery store across the street which we used a lot. My niece who stayed at a different property a few buildings down really liked the pools and said the beach was much better at our location. Also the restaurant on this property is very good and prices are pretty good too. Prices for gym use are not what I was told at check-in it was higher than what is listed and I guess it varied depending who you talked to at front desk. We did not use grills or tennis courts or pickle ball courts but maybe would of liked to had we known a little about equipment use.and fees.

Everthing you need within walking distance

Such a lovely property! If Maui didnt have so much to see and do you could spend all your time here enjoying beach access and the lovely pools! We weren’t expecting onsite shopping or restaurant-but really enjoyed that! The food truck park next door was SUPER convenient after a day spent exploring the island. Truly a 5 star location and property!!! Have already recommended to friends!!!

This is a fantastic rental. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. Washer and dryer were in the unit which is awesome. The kitchen had all the pots/pans I needed. It was very clean and well decorated. We loved our time here!

Location of condo was great. It was clean and had provided what you needed when away from home. Loved the chairs, umbrellas and boards that were available. Only issue…which was small and workable…not all the light switches or outlets worked for some reason…we were not in condo much so not a big deal but I felt like I was always trying to figure out which one to use..all in all, the resort was beautiful and what we needed for our vacation.
