Condo 41 was a perfect layout for our family 3 couples. Condo is in great condition. The grounds are beautiful and serene. Walk to beach is about 5 minutes so the location is great as well. The pool is okay but there is no hot tub. There is a fun shuffleboard game that we enjoyed playing in the common area.When we arrived, we found that the AC consisted of a portable AC in each room upstairs. One wasn't working and the downstairs was hot. We called and management dispatched a maintenence man to come out that night. Unfortunately he didn't make it until the following day so that first night was a sleepless night for one of the couples. However, they did bring another portable for the downstairs as well so that made it very comfortable. The water heater only allows for 7 minutes of hot water in the showers as well. We learned how to stage our showers to make that work for the 6 of us. The water pressure is great.The management company does a great job of addressing any issues. I feel like the condo is a bit overpriced for what you get, but we did stay over Christmas break so I'm sure prices were inflated everywhere.
