Perfect for Family

This property was perfect for a family with children ages 6 thru 20. Always something to do. Beach and snorkling were great. Comfortable and clean accommodations and great view. Property managers were available and helpful.Everyone loved it.

Maui 2024

This was an amazing vacation. Everything was great. It was the trip we will always remember. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the mattresses. They obviously need replacing. Also the vacuum cleaner needs some maintenance, the brush doesn’t rotate. Thanks for a great stay.

We all loved staying in this fantastic property - we would do it again next year. It was perfect.

The customer service was exceptional. The views on this property were amazing! And the rooms were wonderful. We had seven adults and we were all impressed and absolutely loved staying at this property. We did not want to leave. We will definitely come back to this property. LOVED IT!

Fantastic for 2 families

This place was amazing for our 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kiddos. The pool was great, beach access with all the turtles is wonderful, and Dukes is delicious.

Lovely stay, great for large groups

Comfortable, upscale accommodations with amazing balcony views. Unit is well-equipped but could use more kitchen towels. Air conditioner was also malfunctioning or not effective at putting out cold air, so rooms (and bathrooms especially) got a little warm and humid. Also, beach towel shortages on property, along with oft-malfunctioning towel dispensers, made getting towels hard and this added stress and additional effort during the stay, which wasn’t great. Overall though, a good experience.

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Size for 9 people was great. Extremely clean snd resort grounds beautiful. View was AMAZING. Everything was better than the online pics! Snorkeling right off the beach with turtles. Only suggestion is a few more kitchen towels as we only had 2 and a washcloth. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect accommodations

Place has everything - location, views, amenities! Very pleased with the check in process and the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen is well stocked and there were even a few pods left for laundry. Not sure if that was the last guests but thank you! (It’s the little things 😊) The bedrooms and beds were very nice & comfy. We are a family of 8 and this was the perfect fit. Thank you!

Much needed vacation

We had a great time at this property. KBM has been wonderful to work with and we will continue to work with them in the future! Best perk about this place is there are 3 masters - 2 with single king beds and 1 with two king beds. We went with another family so the parents each had their own room and the kids stayed in the room with 2 king beds. Worked out so well that we will likely rent this place again in the future!

A dream come true

This property is amazing! My husband and I, my two daughters, and my son in law, cherished every moment. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, and that was such a bonus. The common area, kitchen, dining and living, was so spacious and beautifully decorated. There was a wall of windows, views for miles. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking meals. Lastly the view from the Lanai was spectacular, with lots of seating for taking in the sights and smells of the healing ocean. We all felt renewed after this year and a half of Covid and finally being able to spend time with our loved ones. Thank you!

Perfect set up for family of 4 with a 16 and 18 year old. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfy; and they had all the items needed for the beach. We would recommend to anyone!

Perfect Size For Our Family

We've stayed at Honua Kai several times over the past 10 years. First time at this particular condo. Loved having the 2 king beds in one bedroom. We had 6 adults and 3 children with us on this trip. This place housed us all comfortably. Loved the extras: boogie boards (we added a few more to the collection); beach chairs (added another to that, too); cooler. Beds were comfortable although a few extra blankets in the place would've been helpful. Love the washer/dryer setup at Honua Kai. Kitchen is perfect. Lanai is a great size for hanging out with a gorgeous view. Thank you!

Beautiful view and condo exceeded our expectations

This condo is lovely and exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully laid out with plenty of room for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 grandchildren) The rooms are large and the bathrooms fabulous. There are high quality appliances in the kitchen and we ate several meals there. The view from the balcony is expansive and the wall of glass folding doors bring the view right in. We sat and watched whales spout and looked down on the beach. We snorkeled right off the beach in front of the resort and it was not crowded. The 4 pools at the resort are great fun with lots of variety. We LOVED our stay and plan to return to the very same condo in 2 years.

Amazing ocean views

This villa has amazing ocean views and everything you need for your stay, including beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. The beach is right there, perfect for snorkeling if you don't want to get on a 7am snorkeling tour. Its water clear, blue and warm! And the pools are great for the kiddos. There are two queens in one of the bedrooms, making it possible for our large group of 9. The location is convenient with Times Supermarket just a quick 2-min drive. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Honua Kai resort! The condo was perfect with everything we could need and plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location is great! Snorkeling just off the beach was very nice. This was a fantastic trip to Maui!!

Gorgeous Condo

The condo unit at Honua Kai is absolutely gorgeous! The unit has a pretty good ocean view and is on the quieter side of the resort, which was very nice! Our flight arrived very early (8am), and the property manager was able to get us checked in just after noon, which was amazing. The unit had everything we needed for our stay (beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers), but just be aware that if you want to make your own meals, be sure to bring all ingredients you may need. There isn't anything extra as far as meal prep goes (olive oil, condiments, tinfoil, baggies, etc). It wasn't a negative thing, but just a good thing to know if you are going to make a stop at the grocery store! There's tons of room in the unit, great games for rainy days, and plenty of space for 8 people comfortably. The resort had lots of families when we went, so just be aware that the pool area is generally populated with kids at all times, but the ocean is a very short walk from the pool and is very relaxing! Bring water shoes, as the bottom is very rocky. We did find that the screen door in the master bedroom was very broken, as well as the surround sound. We reached out to the KBM customer service desk and they were very responsive, but unable to fix either during our stay. Hopefully these things can be fixed for future tenants! Would definitely recommend to a large group looking for a relaxing stay in Maui!
