Had everything we needed, kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. Plenty of towels and we found the extra linen we needed for the sofa bed. Everything was clean and tidy and it had all the detergents etc required for cleaning up. Only minor issue, the spare blanket for the sofa bed needed to be washed.

We come to Maui every December and always stay at Maui ElDorado. This is our first time staying in this unit and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean (and I am a clean freak), I love how many bathroom towels were provided. I can’t think of anything negative about the unit or the resort. We will be back! The front office staff and cabana staff were all so kind and helpful.

Maui time

Our stay was great! The condo was just how it was pictured. Very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Only problem we had was some insect visitors in the shape of 2 VERY large spiders. Maybe the condo needs to be sprayed. It didn't ruin the trip. It added a lit excitement for a couple minutes! I would definitely rent this condo again! Great location and accommodations.

Modern, clean, well appointed condo.

This unit is newly remodeled, well appointed, modern, clean, and has a convenient location to local beaches, malls, & restaurants. You can easily walk to Kaanapali beach, Whalers Village, or neighboring restaurants in about 5-8 minutes depending on your pace. In 8 days we only drove our car twice to a local grocery store and a couple of restaurants outside of the walking area. They do offer golf cart rides if you would rather not walk to the beach with your gear. The condo supplies a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels etc to use. The pool was clean & quiet, which was a great way to spend some days away from the beaches and busy resorts. I had minimal & very minor issues...they still use card keys instead of bracelets, the pans were well worn, the unit faces the garage and unfortunately there were some loud cars, but for only brief moments in the morning, the shower had hot water, but I like really hot showers, which I am sure most do not, especially in Hawai'i and the unit above us was doing some major renovations, so the saws and hammers were a bit loud. We were out most days though and they were respectful of quitting by dinner time.In the end it would be hard to find a place like this unit for the value!

The cabana on the beach was amazing.

Loved the beach cabana with all the amenities. The location was great. It was so nice to be able to just walk down to Whalers or take the free trolley. The unit was spacious and comfortable with a peekaboo view of the ocean…

Good, but there is room for improvement

The condo is nice, the beds comfortable and everything provided works. The cleaning wasn't great (primarily the floors - there was junk and dust bunnies in many places) - we just grabbed the vacuum and took care of it ourselves. The two biggest problem this condo has are that the knives in the knife set are rusty and mostly not usable and that heating element of the coffee maker is also quite rusty. I think both need to be replaced (although we were able to use the coffee maker). A few other smaller issues: The fan in the bedroom needs to be balanced - it wobbles and makes noise. The sofa bed makes lots of squeaks and noises - beware of this if you plan to use it. The lounge cushions are a bit dirty and would benefit from a cleaning.Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again - particularly if these issues are addressed.

Wonderful updated condo

The condo was incredibly clean and newly updated. Beds comfy and location fantastic. The El Dorado is also a gem in general, with the golf cart beach transport and cabana a huge plus!

Fantastic stay in paradise

Great unit, clean, modern, comfortable, with everything that a family can need. Close to pool, amazing beach, easy to get around. Would recommend it to anyone and come back anytime!

Perfect for young families!

Loves staying at this unit, loads of space for us and our toddler (ended up putting his crib in the second bathroom). So close to the Whale Pool which is perfect for little kids, and the whole place was very quiet and comfortable. Nice to have the golf cart easily available to get to/from the beach. Found some nice walkable spots for coffee etc (Castaway Cafe is affordable beachfront restaurant 10 min walk) Definitely will be coming back again.

Fantastic Holiday

This property was just updated and it was extremely clean and comfortable. Brand new washer/dryer, kitchen, showers... we were beyond thrilled. We have a 19 and 17 year old and we had more than enough space. Maui Paradise Properties is one of the best management companies we have dealt with. They did everything possible to make sure we had a wonderful holiday! We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Property in a Great Location

This property was amazing. It was clean and well kept. The grounds, facilities and location were wonderful. We really enjoyed the pools and the closeness to the beach. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Property needs a lift

This is our 3rd stay at Maui el dorado. Place needs remodel very outdated. Kitchen is so mall only one person can be in at a time. Needs a new fridge so small and just bad design. If you plan on lots of groceries things fall when you open it. Bathrooms needs to be updated as well. Not worth for the price we paid. Other families we were there with paid way less and had nicer accommodations. Will not rent this unit again.

Great and welcoming!

The beach is wonderful with expansive view, great sunsets, surprising whale sightings! The resort cabana was a welcome place on the beach. Great that it was only a short walk to Black rock to snorkel! All the amenities at the condo except we would have appreciated a normal size coffee maker. Lovely lanai with beautiful fragrant plumeria surrounding us! Perfect spot to walk over to the pool and bbq areas.

Enjoyed the Maui Eldorado once again!

This is our 4th time staying at the Maui Eldorado. We always enjoy this property. The location, the beach cabana, the pool and BBQ area and especially our lanai. Such a peaceful and relaxing ten days. We will come back again!
