We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your facility. The staff was terrific, especially Nate and Lambo. The area was furnished with all of the necessities. We enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach and the l0 minute walk to the Whaler's Village. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If we ever return to Maui, this is tops on our list! Thanks for the treats and coffee.

Unit was as listed with stunning view of beach and sunset. 2nd bedroom with seperate beds worked great for our teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking evenings.We stayed for 12 days and what we paid was not advertised as having no cleaning service nor was there a vacuum available. For what we paid we should have had some form of cleaning or restocking services.

Best Location Yet

We've stayed at many resorts and VRBO's and this one was by far the best. Plenty of space for a family with teenagers, absolutely beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Spacious kitchen living room and bathrooms. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous

This two bedroom corner condo is the perfect place to stay in west Maui. The condo is well-appointed and has a remarkable view of the Pacific Ocean as well as a view back toward the northeast, where we saw a handful of rainbows! The condo is stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you need, soft linens, and comfortable furniture. There are separate air conditioners in the bedrooms to adjust for your perfect sleep temperature. The host was easy to reach and kept us informed of property information. The bell boys parked our vehicle and brought all of our belongings into our condo, as well as helping us again when it was time to check-out. This lodging experience exceeded our expectations!

Awesome stay in Ka'anapali Beach!!!

We so enjoyed our stay at Ka'anapali Alii. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas were all included to go out on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony provided wonderful views of the grounds. The concierge service was wonderful with booking a family photo session to commemorate our trip of a lifetime. We hope to come back to Maui soon and will rebook this condo again.

The condo had everything we needed and even gave us a welcome basket! The view of the pool area and ocean was perfect. The rooms worked well for the family. We had a couple of issues during our stay and the property manager was very responsive to help us.

2nd time in Kaanapali

Excellent set up for two couples with an en-suite in both rooms. Love the view. Well appointed with coffee and snacks. Beds are comfortable and the water pressure is good. The kitchen window rattled with the gusty winds. Thats about the only criticism. That and it’s a bit pricey.

There were two families staying here. My wife and I. Also, business partner and his family. The kitchen had everything we needed- we like to cook. Everything was well appointed and in excelled condition. We had several minor issues and they were dealt with promptly. We'd happily stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The property was everything that we could have asked for. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. My wife and I chose the property for us, our two small children, and her parents. It was the perfect size and kid friendly. The pool amenities were great for the kids and adults. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because one of the beds had long black hair in the sheets and a wad of hair was on the shower wall when we checked in. Other than that the property was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

Perfect location

The location of this property is amazing. Front and center on the beach and 5 min walk to shops and resturants. The two main downfalls of this property, the master bedroom is in the back of the condo with a tennis court view while the guest room is oceanfront. Terrible layout and it should state this in the description. Also, property needs a facelift. The furniture is old, the paint is chipped and decor is dated. Although we didn’t spend much time in the condo, for the cost I believe it should’ve been up to date. All in all, we would stay at the resort again but choose a different condo.

Wonderful condo!!

Visited Maui over Christmas and stayed in this condo for 8 nights with my husband and 3 kids (ages 21, 19 and 16). Kaanapali Alii is on a nice stretch of Kaanapali beach and is within easy walking distance of Whaler's Village. My kids and I also walked all the way to Black Rock (about 15 minutes away). The pool area is nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs, even at later times of day (unlike many resorts where you have to get up early to reserve a chair!). They have beach towels available, as well as multiple gas grills for use. They also have small beach chairs you can use (not lounge chairs, just small single chairs). The condo itself was well appointed and had all of the kitchen items that you would need for cooking. We had a welcome gift of snacks and a few trinkets (kitchen towel, ornament), which we really appreciated! Beds were very comfortable and linens were super soft. Bathrooms were nice and came with shampoo/conditioner/lotion. My son used the pullout sofa and thought it was pretty comfortable. The view from the balcony was exactly as pictured and I really enjoyed sitting out there to read. Kaanapali is a good location on Maui, but you do need a rental car (true of basically any part of Maui though). We enjoyed going into Lahaina to eat and shop. Wailea is a bit higher-end (resorts such as Ritz and Fairmont are there) and we drove there one night for dinner -- it was an hour away, so once was enough. Overall, I highly recommend this condo. I heard a woman at checkout talking about how dated some of the condos are, but this one did not feel dated at all. I'd return in a heartbeat!
